The women at this spa are all so welcoming and kind. I usually call in the same day for a deep tissue massage if I feel a headache coming on. I always end up feeling 200x better than I walked in. The cooling head rest during the massage is beyond therapeutic. 10/10 for this hidden gem.

Ive been going regularly to Balance Spa for over a year and have had fantastic service! The employees are always so nice and Carolyn, my aesthetician, is amazing! She always takes to the time to listen to me, thoroughly examine my skin, and give me her professional opinion. For starters the, spa itself it’s located in a beautiful plaza. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly face in a very positive environment. Now the massage.. WOW 5 stars. I had a lymphatic massage with Alexandra and she is amazing. She used different tools dependent upon the area and how much work needed to be done on that area. She taught me more about my body then I knew. She also has a very gentle touch, guides you through the whole process, and a very calming vibe. Already made my appointment for next week!

I had an amazing facial after using their infrared sauna! I wasn’t sure what facial off their treatment menu would be best but they helped me customize a plan and it was hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Beautiful facilities, I can’t wait to book again.

A huge thanks to Alexandra for sharing her expertise about my lymphatic system and alleviating some of the tension/pain I had from being a stay at home mama. Perfect massage! June did an amazing deep tissue massage. She listened to my concerns and was so careful in my problem areas while still giving me a great massage. The spa is very clean and calming. However, parking is downtown Boca street parking so keep that in mind. Love this spa and would go again!!

Balance Spa is the most zen spa in Boca! It has always been since Michele first started offering massage. I have followed her for the past 4 years as she has expanded her business. The current location is exactly what I look for in a place to relax. Beautiful decor tastefully selected...simple and elegant...warmth and nature brought inside. Michele is the most nurturing and without a doubt intuitive massage therapist. I try to see her monthly for a 1.5 session...less time just does not allow for a fully relaxing experience! All staff working here make you feel so comfortable and at home. A hidden gem that is slowly being uncovered! YEAH :)

I received a gift certificate for this spa as a birthday present and I could not be more pleased with the service. My masseuse was fantastic! She could feel my knots before I even mentioned where I hurt. I also got a facial from the same woman. 2.5 hours of pampering in a calm, soothing atmosphere put me in a great place physically and mentally. Check it out!

THE TRUTH---Made an appointment and when appointment day came, Michelle and Julia stated they falsely advertised their products. So unprofessional, so disruptive to someones schedule. Dont go here. Theyre are plenty of other spas to go to!!!!

A wonderful spa with a very tranquil feel. I have been going to Balance Spa for regular Acupuncture treatments. Dr. Carly Rachman has made a huge difference in a digestive issue that has been effecting me for many years. After only a few treatments I began seeing a dramatic improvement. She got me off all of my medications and I have been feeling great ever since. Dr. Carly knows her stuff and thoroughly explains everything in a way that makes sense to me. She also makes each treatment a personal and comfortable experience. Don’t spend another day loading yourself up on harsh medicines, call Dr. Carly.

This was my first massage, and it was wonderful, when I first arrived the receptionist was very friendly and sweet, Alexandra, the masseuse was great, I feel so relaxed, it was much needed, this is one of my new favorites for pampering myself, when I’m in Boca, now I’m headed for my number one favorite, Beauty glam!

Ahhhhhhhh! where to start with the girls at Balance spa!!To say they are caring, knowledgeable, warm and inviting is such an understatement. On my hardest and most stressful days, when I think nothing could possibly make me feel better, I walk through those doors, surrounded by those beautiful Tiffany blue walls, smell the inviting aroma of lavender or lemongrass or some other delicious aromatherapy wafting through the spa and within 60 minutes I depart relaxed, renewed and refreshed and ready to take on whatever life wants to throw at me next! This was the best spa experience I have ever had. My 90 minute massage and energy work with Vicki was fantastic. I came out of that room in a completely altered state from when I went in, and in a very good way. My 30 minute facial with Alishia was also wonderful, relaxing and calming. Ive had several facials here and there is no better place to go. Ive had facials all over town to try and help with acne. Balance Spa is by far the best if you want real results. Every facial Ive had there has left my skin looking great, feeling wonderful and earning me loads of compliments.

The space offers a nice relaxing atmosphere the minute you walk in. I have been to other spas and they try to push products or services. This spa is not the same, they actually care about your well being. Vicki is an excellent massage therapist and wonderful in many techniques. She has helped me improve my posture.

The front desk staff has been so welcoming every time. I had my first (and every) facial with Carolyn. She is so sweet and asks all the right questions. She instantly knew how to treat my face and recommend other treatments I could do in the future to treat my concerns. I was so relaxed throughout my entire facial and even though she was doing a lot of extracting, it wasn’t painful at all!A few weeks later, I tried the Derma Peel Pro (60mins) and was also very satisfied with the treatment.A few days ago I tried the Collagen Induction Therapy (microneedling). She numbs your face first and then asks what your main concern is (acne scars, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation). I didn’t feel anything for the most part. Carolyn follows up the procedure with an LED light treatment to alleviate the redness and accelerate the healing process. I’ve done microneedling before somewhere else but my face was red and splotchy for almost a week. After my treatment with Carolyn, it was only about 36 hours before my face went back to normal and even the redness was barely anything in that time.If you’re looking for a quality spa with a staff that knows what they’re talking about, Balance Spa is definitely the place for you!

Ive been going to Balance Spa for several years. There are many other spas in the area but there is no comparison to Balance Spa. The owner Michelle not only has a contagious smile but is very knowledgeable and professional. I love my facial, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, eyebrow waxing and that special foot massage is delightful. I called ahead and told them Ive been suffering from extreme anxiety and current stomach issues, they went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed and more. Only thing Id chsnge is paying or atleast keeping a tab open BEFORE the sessions, who wants to deal with paying after that amazing experience?Regardless- Beautiful souls and I cant wait for my next visit!!!

Dr. Carly Rachman has changed my life. I have been getting Acupuncture for my frozen shoulder and it has made a HUGE difference. My range of motion, pain level, exercise level, and even ability to work has all increased exponentially. A frozen shoulder usually takes 2 years to recover from, Dr. Rachman got me back to work within 5 months! I highly recommend Balance Spa!

I got a swedish massage followed by a foot scrub, reflexology and a scalp massage. My youngest also had a massage, a foot scrub and a lemon butter body scrub. We were both very pleased with our services and feel devine ... and the prices were affordable...especially for Boca!! Definitley will return here!
