I don’t know where to start here because I feel like just writing a review will not do justice on how awesome and great Mr. David Flaks is. First of all, he is genuine with his goal to help people in getting their insurance claims, he really is there for you to assist you every step of the way. My wife and I are blue collar people so for David to make sure we are well taken care of on that front is a big deal to us. He is such a kind and genuine person that even our kids love and adore him.Professionally, it can’t get any better than David, he is punctual, communicates well, knows what he is doing, knows what he is saying and backs up everything he promises. There’s no doubt in my mind my wife and I will be calling him again in the future for our insurance claim needs. Just a BIG thanks to David Flaks, upon our return from Brasil, we found our apt in a mess, a bad leak and a few cracked cast iron pipes above our apt busted and we had water all over the apt, lots of damages resulted from this bad leak.David came by, saw the damages and got to work. We had no idea what a public adjuster was, but am very happy we were referred to David for our home water claim. He came out right away to meet with us and walked us through our insurance policy (embarrassed to say we were not well versed with it).
