The owner was professional and knowledgeable. He got us in and out quickly. Got everything we needed for a successful move. Note: We did wish we’d been told about the need to photograph the vehicle when returning after hours of there’d be a $20 convenience fee. This was in a text from uhaul when we were done with our move. Just make sure you complete check out online if you are turning in after hours and you’ll be good to go.

IMPORTANT: Have it packaged before measuring the dimensions to ship. Shipping companies love charging hundreds of dollars in fees. Good service otherwise.

This is not a legitimate supplier for a business needs. The prices are the same as going a consumer store like ups or uhaul.If youre needs are for business, do not come here. I just wasted a 2hr round trip so you dont have to.

This company delivers expertise to an industry that you might kit think need it, but it sure helps. I dont live nearby, but will always drive the extra distance to do business with them.

Visited Boca Box randomly as I desperately needed packing peanuts; silly but true. Not one well-known business around had them. Boca Box actually sells peanuts by weight. Very cool! I got exactly what I needed. They also have an extensive line of everything you need for a move; whether it be residential or commercial. Thank you Google Maps for guiding me in the right direction!

Left a previous review that seems to have been deleted. Ive used their services twice. First time was without an issue. Second time was for two shipments - one got delivered OK, the second was missing half the package that was a gift with items purchased in another state 500+ miles away. It is not something I can go back to the next day and purchase again easily. Very upset.

The guy gave me an estimate in writing a few weeks ago and when I came in he wanted to charge me $40 more. Not reliable. And when I told him that its not cool cause my client already payed the estimated price and I would have to pay out of my pocket for the rest he refused to do it at all! Waste of my time and my business. Mean!

Irritating. Made a reservation and was told that I would be contacted about availability. An hour goes by and I hear nothing. So I call and am immediately told they dont have what Im looking for since its the end of the month. Understandable, but that wouldve been helpful information upon my reservation. The man offered to give me the number for the regional office and I agreed. But he opted to hang up on me instead.
