Keller Williams in East Boca is ran by an amazing broker, amazing people in the leadership team and office, and some of THE best realtors in the south Florida area. They are attentive and professional. I would recommend this office to ANYONE and EVERYONE!
Itโs a waiste of time.. I noticed that they donโt answer calls or texts on time... closes at 5pm and after that will b a mission that they answer and make the time for you. I ask for my money back after 12 days after i joined because of that reason and because they decided to close the office too. and it has been an uncool experienced.

I do not recommend this company at all they did not commitment what they promises !!!and they do not commitment with they words !!!!I i do not recommend them at all !!!! Dont Waste your time!!
I do not recommend any potential seller working with this agent. She is extremely condescending and is more focused on controlling the transaction than on her responsibility as an intermediate agent in a real estate agent. She did not represent her client well which was evident to all parties involved on the day of closing. She played games throughout the transaction and failed to understand the needs of her client. Some examples -1. Property remained listed well over 2 weeks on MLS as Active after the execution of Sale Contract.2. Buyer met all conditions and deadlines throughout the process but she continued to harass buyers agent for information not required to be furnished under the contract. At the same time, ignoring the buyers request to obtain access to the home for vendor quotes.3. She failed to ask the seller what real personal property items were not to convey. She informed buyers agent that the real property was going to be removed because it has sentimental value to the seller and expected buyer to accept conveyance. Furthermore, she waited over a week to respond to a proposed resolution of the issue by the buyers agent and responded during the final walkthrough in front of the seller and buyer making it an uncomfortable conversation. She stated she would bring a personal check to closing, then at closing states she doesnt have a check or any cash and that she had to go to bank after the closing. All this in front of her client. She then requested that the buyer sign a letter that walkthrough was completed with no issue for which buyer refused until payment was tendered. At end of closing - She goes into her wallet and pulls out cash and pays buyer. A perfect example of her lack of professionalism, arrogance, game playing, dishonesty.4. The first time the Seller saw the closing statement and the deductions from his proceeds was at the closing table. Over 20 minutes was spent going through the closing statement line by line. It appeared, based on his questioning, he was not informed of certain services her agency paid for on his behalf that were deducted. Another example that she did not have proper communication with her client.
The Broker/Owner is extremely condescending. Held an $8,000 Deposit check for two weeks on a contract on a lease agreement that had no escrow mentioned anywhere but stated deposit to given to the landlord. Took 3 weeks to get the funds from him. Would never work with this branch of Keller Williams. Extremely rude man.
