DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT OFFICE IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD AND DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AS A TENENT THAT THIS COMPANY MANAGES THE PROPERTY. I have signed a lease 3 weeks ago and did not receive a mailbox key at the time of signing. Jackie Dyer my property manager now tells me it is my job to go to the post office to bring a copy of my paperwork to get a change of lock and key, pay $25 and then give them a copy of the key. This has interrupted and interfered with my business operations tremendously as I receive money checks through my mail which I have not been able to access for 3 weeks now. The keys should have been given to me at the time of signing and made sure the mailbox key was properly accounted for before signing. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Imagine signing a lease and then cant access the property for 3 weeks. Additionally Ive tried calling the office multiple times and no one answers.
