Matt is fantastic. He picked up servicing our pool from a previous company and turned it around. Before Matt, we our pool was frequently turning green. The walls at times were covered by algae and water wasnt clear. Matt has been servicing our pool now for about 4-5 months and what a difference. The pool is clean, communication is excellent (he sends me a photo on each visit). Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Given how much competition there is in South FL, it’s stunning how careless most pool service guys are... and then we found Matt!! I cannot rave enough about him - professional, trustworthy, fairly priced and excellent communication. He’s here every week and has also done a variety of repairs or replacements for us over the years, and will readily bring in a partner where other expertise is required. Matt takes great care of out pool. He picked up our pool from the previous service and flip it around. We have a very old pool, old filter system, old pump but he was able to make it work perfectly. His recommendations are always on point. the treatment of the water is aways great. He also took care of a little pound that we have beside the pool at no extra cost. Pool treatment is great, always perfect for the kids to jump in at any time.Extremely recommendable.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Very lucky to have stumbled across this company when searching on google. We have had about 3 different pool companies and naturally I was nervous to even have anyone else come by. When I met Matt I instantly felt at ease as he explained everything about our pool with confidence and knowledge. He has helped us with our solar panels, plumbing, vacuum issues and much more. I’ve noticed since moving into our new home how hard it is to find good and reliable companies to trust your home with and I can easily say for once I feel at ease and confident in our decision using So Flow Pools!!

Matt has been taking care of our pool for almost a year. He has done a great job of keeping it crystal clear and clean. When we have needed any repairs he was very fair and found us other professionals when he could not perform the work himself.He has always been a professional, on time and communicative.

We called Matt yesterday morning at So Flow Pool Services and he came over yesterday at 5pm. We signed up with him. He treated the pool on the spot. After a few hours the pool was already looking less green (from prior bad work of our former pool company) and he came back out today again to treat it to get it back to where it should be. Great service and our pool is already looking better after just 24 hours!
