Banyan is a magnificent place to get your life back on track. The program really helped me find solutions in my life. The staff was amazing and the food was great. I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with mental illness or addiction. Its never to late!

I LOVE THIS PLACE THEY NEED MORE FUNDING TO UPDATE THE FACILITY BUT IT WAS AN AMAZING HONE AWAY FROM HOME! Send your kids send your adults come as an adult. They will love you and help you they do understand Psychology although my therapist did not agree that I had associate dean disorder and on that note I was upset and I did not do a good job with the family therapy for my family but I believe they will save many other families if you go here. Thank you for helping me and saving my life

Wonderful staff. Amazing chefs who went out of their way to make sure my meals were vegan and tasty. The techs were incredibly helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and as comfortable as expected. That being said, I feel like I was misled and rushed by the recruiter. Many groups were heavily focused on addiction and didn’t apply to me. My counselor was subpar and quick to diagnose. I thought the program looked excellent for substance abuse issues but I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking help with depression/anxiety without addiction except as a last resort.

Banyan truly helped me through one of the roughest periods of my mental health. Once I truly opened up and felt confident in myself and allowed myself to receive the help, the staff really pulled through and guided me. They offered so many amazing opportunities for growth and healing and I am grateful for all of them.

Just got discharged and I would recommend 100%! Very caring staff. Food was good and plenty of snacks and drink even during not eating times. Super clean everyday. Great nurses. Good place !!

Banyan boca is one of the best places. They are extremely clean and have your best interest at heart. Since walking through the doors you could feel the love and family like atmosphere. The techs are amazing and work extremely hard as well as kitchen staff and nurses. Marty takes full consideration into any questions or concerns and also suggestions. Everyone that works there genuinely cares for your treatment whether it’s SA or MH or both. I really enjoyed my experience and I am beyond grateful for everyone who I met through Banyan. The therapists and dr were very good and the caseworkers too. The whole team all work hard to set you up for success. Thank you Banyan for treating and loving people who don’t feel like they are. You guys are doing an amazing job.

Seemed like it was going to be a great place. After 13 days in treatment for an addiction and mental illness that have raged for 25 years Im told via a voicemail, your husband needs to be picked up tomorrow. No notice from the case manager. No explanation. One day prior I received an email from a therapist asking how I felt about a transition in 2 days. I replied that this made no sense to me and that I was blindsided by this decision and shocked to not be included. Im very disappointed that they would not work with families to ensure a successful transition or support. Very disheartening. Be careful.

Mariciel Castro was very helpful during my treatment at Banyan. I met a lot of cool friends and family that i would consider friends for Life. The treatment was top notch and the whole staff really cares about your well-being. I went from New Jersey to their Florida treatment facility on faith that I would get better. Definitely recommend going here if it’s within your budget!

Someone from this treatment center named Matt Marshall randomly contacted me to see if I needed help. I have no prior relationship with Banyan.He identified himself as working for Mandela Healing Center. This seemed to be a very unethical way to be reaching out. So I contacted Mandela Healing Center and they said this person works for Banyan.His girlfriend is/was a therapist in this area at a treatment center I attended.Im conerned that the involved parties obtained my private information without consent and used it to solicit me.Very sketchy

This was the best treatment center not just for addiction but mental health as well. It has changed my life. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity.

Great treatment amazing people and clients and a amazing support system here. Came in Shay welcomed me and it was a great start. Then met my therapist sue and that was great too! Met so many great techs that’s helped me with a lot of thing such as doing laundry and other thing like showing me around. Ms Q was a great tech and helped me sooooo much! Also Ms. Maricel was a huge motivator while I Was here she was so great and gave me little hugs that made every day count she had such a positive attitude always! Had fun playing basketball and having other outings like going to the farm and meeting amazing farm animals and people like Dr. Blair. Overall it changed my life and I will never forget everyone who I met there. I will be visiting in a year BANYAN! Lots of love❤️

Banyan was my “last” resort in an effort to heal from major depression and anxiety and PTSD. They have all the resources and skills to support that growth. Yes, they are experts in getting your medications just right, but there are so many other pieces to the puzzle that they provide, and I took full advantage of all of them. From yoga, park and beach visits, individual and group therapy, to chiropractic and biofeedback care, to 12 step meetings, and it goes on and on. I was even able to receive EMDR therapy which is life-changing for anyone who has experienced trauma in their lives. I loved the music and art therapy. The most rewarding part of the experience was to get to know the other clients, share my most intimate experiences with them, and develop trust and bonds that continue to support me. I learned invaluable coping skills and replaced my old survival skills that no longer served me. I wound up being helped by those who arrived before me and before I knew it I was welcoming and helping those who just entered. I went in completely broken of soul, mind and body. When I left, I felt happier and more at peace and hopeful to live a life that is authentically mine than ever before. . Many of the therapists and technicians have been through their own experiences and do not hesitate to share them with you. It is a place of hope, love and focus that teaches you the most valuable thing you will ever learn: LOVING YOURSELF! I can’t thank the people of Banyan more for all of the care and love they put onto my healing. I will be forever grateful.

I am absolutely so grateful for Banyan Treatment Center!!! The mental health program here is absolutely incredible. All of the staff do everything they can to help out every client and are focused on making sure all clients are receiving the care they need. This is not my first time in treatment but this is my first time in a mental health program and they are so incredible. I am so grateful for another chance since I’m dual diagnosis and I wouldn’t be where I am without this opportunity. Thank you Banyan!!!!!!!

Boca was great! I was in the mental health program. True to Banyan the staff is amazing. Christina went beyond her duties to brighten our days there. Alex was also another tech that helped our moral. It is amazing how much the staff truley cares about you.

I utilized the services at Banyan TC in Boca Raton a short time ago when I was in a transitional period in life and looking for answers. The entire process was extremely pleasant and efficient from the intake process through the actual clinical experience. Most notably, I would be recognize both Shay and Christina who amongst others, helped to make my stay and emotional focus on point.

I am very fortunate to have been a patient the Banyan Treatment Center. Their before and after care service is impressive. They have a wholistic program and everyone truly cares for the patients.

The Banyan staff was very professional and kind. The therapy staff, especially Sue was fantastic and made my experience at Banyan extremely productive and healing.

So I will start by stating I am NOT a review or yelp type of person. I usually poke fun at that sort of thing. But I have to express my gratitude in some way and this seems as thought it will reach the most people and it would be selfish of me to not people in on this miracle working company. Last July I was trapped in a very dark place, homeless, no insurance, severely addicted to life threatening and almost certainly fatal drugs and way of use. I reached out to HUNDREDS of facilities around the world and consistently got turned away due to my lack of insurance. I was 100% convinced I was going to die. That is until I reached a woman named Michelle. She was an admissions specialist with Banyan Treatment Centers. She took the time to listen to me, to try and understand where I was at and to let me know that there was a plan for me and not to give up hope. Within twenty minutes of our first phone conversation she called back to let me know that she found a bed for me and that would enroll me for a 30 day detox/rehabilitation. All I had to do was get there! (Even helped me find flights as I was in NY and Banyan was in FL) Needless to say, I am alive today. I have a family again, purchased a new car, and a new home. All that I would never have imagined possible. All the staff at Banyan was incredible and played major roles in my recovery thus so far. Their staff has given me the tools to control my own destiny and the support system they give is beyond words. They truly gave me control of my life again! The staff at the Banyan Boca location are truly extraordinary. They not only make it their job to help everyone that walks through their doors, but have made it their lifes work. The Clinical Director Kahlia is an incredible and inspiring woman. Customer service is undoubtedly of great importance here. Knowing what Banyan has done for so many people, if I were ever to recommend a treatment center, Banyan would be it.

After 35 years of attending the best treatment centers in this country, some as long as a year impatient, to Hazleton treatment center in Center City Minnesota, in and out of active addiction and destruction. Then I found Banyan Treatment Center. They nursed me back to health and lead me all to way to complete surrender.The staff is top notch and continues to check on me via the outstanding Alumni Program!! The continued connection has been invaluable towards my remaining the course.Their variety of programming has also been what’s lead to my total commitment to Recovery. Once my insurance collapsed during my stay it turned sour real quick with treatment. I was a middle age adult surrounded by a lot of big kids so Becareful of speaking on your addiction you may end up being mocked.

Banyan saved my life. Gave me a second chance at this thing called life. Thank you banyan. You guys deserve to be recognized.

Zero stars if it was an option!! This place is a trap! The therapist, Kizzy doesn’t let you discharge yourself, I had to beg them to let me go home after 24 hours of begging they finally let me go. The staff violates you and the rooms are disgusting. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Also, make sure you READ the documents they have you sign, they had me sign and never showed me the documents i signed for.

I love everything about banyan I wish I was able to stay there longer in the whole program . In the residential portion of banyan you are given 1 of 2 therapist which they are both amazing ! Rina was mine and she makes you feel so comfortable and I love her very much as a therapist . Everyone there truly cares for you and tries to help you out in anyway that they can, truly grateful the time I got to spend there

Great staff, great food, clean comfortable environment. Medical detox was comfortable thanks to the kind and compassionate nursing staff.

Banyan Boca is a wonderful facility with many amenities for clients. I toured the center and met with Kahlia Bersson who is the Clinical Director and runs a great program. Please view the photos I posted of the interior and exterior. The rooms are spacious and all upgraded.

This business was formally known as the WaterShed in the exact location. In my opinoin they are milking the major insurance compaines with little to no concern for their patients. If youve been here and had less than desired treatment speak out. Watch the news you will see a lot of media about Banyan Detox very soon. Measures have been taken and proper individuals informed of the staff and treatment methods.
