I’ve been to 2 other fast signs and got the same sign for $200. Called this one to get another sign done exactly the same way I previously ordered and they quoted over $500! When I told to woman I spoke with about the prices I paid previously and my experience she said “let me see what I can do” came back & said the best we can do is $294. So within seconds she brought the price down nearly $200. Knocked down the pricing pretty quick but it was still almost $100 more than the other signs I had ordered from the same company. Terrible business! Needless to say I did not do business with this store nor will I be in the future. Buyers beware!

I uploaded my graphics on their website. I received an immediate response.We discussed a couple of additions/changes to my graphic and they provided my decal in no time. It was easy to install and looked exactly as I wanted it to.The staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful.

The entire Team at Fastsigns is so responsive to the needs of the customer. Prompt attention to deadlines and excellent execution / delivery. These folks knock it out of the park every time. Fast and accurate service!

Came in to get a vehicle wrap and a sign but had the door slammed in my face and asked to leave after showing the employe a picture of what I wanted. Conversation lasted less then 10 seconds. Will be taking my business elsewhere.In reply to response. As I told the woman just before she slammed the door in my face I am not able to wear a mask because of a medical condition. Seems like your business discriminates people with disabilities. In 2021 no one should be facing discrimination based on sex, orientation, gender, religion or DISABILITY. Obviously if the interaction lasted 10 seconds I was never “even offered to provide a mask” I also never “refused and stormed out”. Chris (Owner) as you were not there review your security footage of the interaction with your employe. It is clear.

Fast signs did a beautiful job on our sign. Even though we were in the middle of the pandemic during the build they finished it in a timely manner and got the approval from the city in record time! Thanks again and I would recommend in the future! Thanks again!

I had a color 4 x 8 banner made by FastSigns and I can vouch that they definitely live up to their name! I put in the request at 1:00pm on Wednesday and picked it up a little after they opened on Thursday. Our banner was absolutely beautiful and my boss was very impressed by how well it came out! Hard to understand why they get such good reviews. After being forced to listen to their interminable message, l leave a call back number. Nobody calls. I try again and speak to a rep who promises to send me an email. Nothing received. Who would want to deal with such shoddy service?
