Carriers, do not use them, very unprofessional in business, stay away from Direct Traffic Solutions and Brandon Montgomery at first place. Gave us a load to PA, and they knew this is going to NJ, we found it out when driver arrived at delivery location on RC. That receiver sent us 100 miles away in NJ where driver never goes, and they payed some embarrassing low compensation. He didn`t eve want to discuss about it, he just hang up. Stay away from them, my suggestion. I would give 0 stars if there is an option.

Bad communication and slow to pay. they will be in contact with you until you completed the load. they will reply to this saying to contact them but I did by email and no reply. I will wait a few more days to give them to resolve before placing a pic of proof of the nonpayment of a quickpay process

First time dealing with this Broker. My Contact seemed nice and upfront but when it came time to get paid the narrative changed. I submitted for Quickpay and 7 days later no payment. I contacted them to hear I have to change my invoice to show only the Rate Con Amount not to include my detention pay unless the Contact sends over another Rate Con with it on there. Can’t get in contact with the person. They act like they cannot communicate with their own employees. Instead they rather gang up through emails over a $50 difference and give me the run around and not pay at all. Smh all this after doing them a favor by moving their heavy fuel eating cheap load that was of such urgency and interfered with my load after. All that kindness in the beginning is just to get you to move their loads. Quickpay is a joke!

Everything about this company is based around professionalism and treating people respectfully. One of the few good brokers left in the space!

DTS is great brokerage with faithful values. This company always do what’s best for the customer’s freight as well as helping the carrier that moves the freight for us. Everyone in the office is a problem-solver and they are always there to help.

Had an appointment at the shipper at 11 Am everything was fine till someone had an accident, told the guy that I was going to be late due to the accidentI had not delivered yet was only about 4 miles from where I was going to pick up. I called the customer and they were fine with it, then the guy pulled the load and said, that the customer was going to take care of it themselves which was a lie they reposted the load I was only going to be 30 minutes late .

Great brokerage always on time and professional.

Very unprofessional company, load booked with Frank Discenza, when driver arrived on the pick up we find out the load suppose to be picked up day before (someone fall off the load) . Shipper said that is gonna be work in and broker said he will pay detention. So driver spent 6h on the pick up, after one month i got response that detention denied because driver was late Will never work with them again
