We have purchased from Alro about 4 times and their staff is attentive and friendly. On our last order the sales person asked if I would like the driver to call 30 minutes prior to delivery, which I said yes to. The driver called me from his previous stop to let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. I am in manufacturing and wanted to share my experience to help other consumers.
