I’ve posted a review about them earlier. I’ve had the unlucky time of hiring them right before we were shut down. We still met monthly to get everything straightened out. Websites,ads,search engines etc. When we hit July my person left for paternity leave and then I was shuffled around. We schedule a date and time each month and someone will call and go through all the apps, we are connected with, and show us the contacts we have had from new clients. If you are looking to promote your business online with google, all PR business does is add your information to directories - directories not the normal person would think to look at. In fact, this last call, the gentleman, who was very nice and works for the company but not aware that their promotions of moving you up on google really are not working - as he showed me the list of companies - never would ever go to the individual companies directories to look for my business or any businesses. Where does one look to find a business or service that meets what they are looking for? Google! Yelp! That is where people go. You are not given what was promised and with their strict one year contract, to cancel you have to pay all of $ 50 dollars of the contract. I still have $ 750 left til March of 2021 - to cancel I would have to pay $ 700. Buyer beware of this company!
