I’m so disappointed in Re Maids! Ryan Kissinger, the owner of the company sounded really reliable and accommodating on the phone, but the day he was supposed to come to clean he called and told me that his employees had Covid and they all needed to get tested. I totally understood. He promised he would come the next day to clean and so I changed my schedule to accommodate. The next day came but Ryan did not. There was no call of explanation. I followed up with several phone calls to which there was no pick up and no response to messages. Re Maids if you’re so inconsiderate and unreliable, how can you stay in business? Shame on you!!!

This guy Ryan is a joke! not responsive, not willing do the job and run away with my deposit, stay away from this guy!

Ryan is awesome he cleaned my daughter’s apartment and also her car. I called him at the last minute to surprise my daughter. I was a bit concerned about who would have access to her apt and car so Ryan said he would do it himself and assured me which he made me feelat ease. He did a fantastic job and was so kind. He really went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Re-Maids. They are trustworthy, honest, and very dependable. They did exactly what they said they would do, and in my opinion went way above my expectations. Thank you Ryan I could‘not have pulled all of this off without you 😊. Promised to bring a team, came one guy with the worst attitude I have ever dealt with, be careful with this company the guy also said that he is a pro marketer that can open and close these pages like nothing so I guess the other reviews are fake!

I never dealt with someone like Ryan this guy is full of drame and missed two times where he promised to come between 10 to 11 was waiting at home and no one came

This guy will take your work and deposit without hesitation but after deposit the nightmare begins, be careful

We needed to clean our house before moving in so we contacted Re-Maids. They were very responsive and the price was fair. The floors are wonderful and they were fast! Ill definitely be hiring them again! All the 5 Star reviews are true and well deserved.I will definitely utilize Re-Maids in my new home.

Really great, Ryan is absolutely amazing. So nice. Really just a great guy. Would HIGHLY recommend them. I’ve used several others in Boca and none come close to him.Just great!

They don’t just stand there pushing dust around. They cost a little more than others but they do 5x more than any other cleaner I have hired. Also they stayed much longer than originally told. Others I’ve had come leave right at the hour end. I’m so glad I’ve found them. They speak English which is awesome Nd they are so personable and really care. I’m so happy they so what they do.

So happy we called them for our move out clean. They did wonderful job and would recommend them to anyone. We were most worried about the oven and dust. Which were better than when we moved in.
