This was my first experience with a recuriter and probably my last one as well.The company is incredibly unprofessional, they lack basic communication as well organization skills. My recruiter set me up an interview where a man talked down to me 40 mins telling me how unqualified I was for this role. You’d think the recruiter would make sure of that before scheduling me an interview . They are all still connected with the company bayview (also unprofessional). I was told everything would be fixed after I was treated so poorly. What did they do ? Not contact me for 3 weeks after they fluffed me up so I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I gave them 3 months to fix the issue and simply help me get a job.APPLY ON INDEED DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!THEY HAVE NO JOBS TO EVEN OFFER!

Looks like I feel like many people here. I was also given an opportunity to interview and never heard a response back. Which granted, if they chose another route I completely understand. I also reached out to both of my recruiters and one of them said they’d find out more information while the other just completely ignored me. If I needed to work on something or I wasn’t a good fit for any of your companies it’s best to let someone know, rather then have them linger around wondering. As a recruiter you should be honest and let someone know that you don’t have anything for them. Or give them tips on how to improve. I was very disappointed and still unemployed because I but my trust into this company.

The Experience I had with Andrew Datko and Josie Rosario was Excellent beyond belief! I was finally able to land my dream job thanks to them! They stuck with me through the interview process and were even there to help guide after I got my job offer. Thanks again Insight Global, you guys are truly amazing!

The initial recruiter was great! Knowledgeable and personable. The account manager was a brick. Didn’t know how to read a resume or explain the position. It’s an agency staffed by empty pretty heads. Avoid!

Viviana Chirino, a Professional Recruiter for Insight Global, contacted me for a job that was an excellent match for my skill set. She did her own investigative research and didnt waste my time with poor job matches. She arranged an interview the next day and less than an hour following my interview, she let me know the great news that I was hired! In the following week, there was an extensive vetting process and background check that required close communication in a timely manner. Viviana did not disappoint. She was always helpful, timely and communicative. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer care.

I have worked with Insight Global on and off for the past 6 plus years now. They have placed me at several companies as a consultant over the years and all of those companies have been some of my favorite places to work. I took a permanent position for a few years after a few consulting gigs and was recently laid off. I called Sam Shapiro who I have worked with from the beginning and told him I would be interested in moving to Dallas. He worked with Kristi Calcagno in the Dallas office and they were able to get me an interview within a day and the job within a week!!They are insanely amazing people who will work around the clock to get you the right job, not just any job, but the right job for you. They are my go to company. They call you back immediately, respond to your emails, and they always give you feedback on your interviews that are honest.I highly recommend them! And they are just cool fun people :)

My experience on both occasions have the same outcome NOTHING. They contact you and rush you to come in for an interview all for nothing. I follow up only to be lied to or never get a returned call. I don’t have a problem if I’m not chosen for the job however just be upfront and honest. I’ll respect honesty and professionalism over being “nice”. When people are already dealing with being unemployed the last thing they need is being brushed off and lied to.

I would like to thank insight global for reaching out and helping me get a new contract for work. This is the best agency I have dealt with when it came to finding work. There attitude and timeliness when it came to keeping me updated in the process was second to none. Even after starting they are still there to help and answer my questions. Not as professional as youd hope. Although Ive spoken to some agents who were balanced and professional, today I spoke to one who was the account manager for a role Id been forwarded to. The goal of the conversation was to vet my ability to do the job. She did not have my resume in front of her, she was in her car, it was a classic sales person wing it conversation. Asked very vague questions, etc. Totally not what you want to deal with when you take your career and your time seriously. There are only a handful of agencies Id recommend and although these guys use to be one of them Id say forget it. Good luck in finding a job in America.

I dealt with 3 people throughout the process and was able to land a job better than I couldve even imagined. The employees at Insight Global were more than helpful and very professional. They made the process that has been so stressful thus far feel like a walk in the park. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone seeking employment. Highly professional and employee friendly, always reachable just a phone call or a text away. They do maintain very good rapport with the client and made recruitment, on-boarding and payroll processes seamless. Every paycheck was on time, no matter what :).

They dont seem to care whether its the right job for you. They just want to make the deal to make their money and thats it.

I recently started as a contractor for Insight Global. I dealt with Sam Shapiro. He contacted me in regards to a position similar to what I was already doing but with an increase in pay. He was very informative and constantly kept in touch with me, keeping me updated on the entire interview and hiring process. Even after I started, I reached out to him with some questions and got his voicemail but he called me back within the hour. Its very rare that you find a staffing company that is quick to respond even after theyve hired you. They also offer health insurance, direct deposit, etc., just as a normal company would. I would definitely recommend Insight Global to anyone looking for new opportunities. Very professional and straight forward.

I was scouted by this agency for weeks and was offered a position with Moss Construction. A company they have a great working relationship with. I accepted the offer and resigned from my current job at the time. My recruiter Angelo Salerno knew I was going to resign upon accepting their offer. A week after accepting the offer (in writing) and completing my onboarding paperwork (except the drug test), I received a call saying Moss Construction was going in another direction... therefore, I was jobless for the holidays and New Year. Angelo stated hed be in contact with other job opprotunities and I have not heard from him since. Id be very caution of working with these folks, their vetting process with companies are questionable

Having now personally experienced both sides of the recruiting process with Insight Global, I can confidently state that Insight Global does not add any value to the hiring process for anyone other than themselves. As a hiring manager, I found Insight Global does no more to screen candidates than match up acronyms on their resume. This is something a non-technical HR recruiter could do. Now that I recently worked with Insight Global as a candidate, I know their recruiters do not know what Active Directory is or how a VPN works. They are purely sales people selling to employers and candidates are commodities. I suggest not wasting your budget dollars.

As a job seeker when you interview for a position, the best thing is to get hired. However, if that is not the case, it is very helpful to hear feedback whether positive or negative after an interview. This way one knows what to do or not do next time an interview opportunity comes about. This is one of the reasons why we seek recruiting firms, having that person on “your side” is helpful, or so you would think. This recruiting firm is very unprofessional and only after closing a deal. They contact you daily to follow up on the job lead, which is great but once the interview happens they forget the human side of it all. I’ve dealt with many recruiting firms and this firm by far has been the most unprofessional. To all the job seekers out there, do your research vet them just as much as they vet you. Do not be afraid of asking questions and always meet in person before you do business with any recruiter, you can save yourself a lot of time.

Nice recruiting company but I have applied and coordinated with them twice so far and would have expected a lead but none so far. No secretary and seems a little black doored. Otherwise fine.

Typical South Florida style... rude, pushy, and not completely honest. Worked with them on on three opportunities. First two they made promises - led me on that they would setup an inperson interview, and they would send over the details the same day. Never heard from them again on both instances. I even called back to confirm two days later - was fed a line of BS that theyd email it after we hung up.... which led to NOTHING.Finally months later they call me with an opportunity - followed through with the interview appointment. BUT, left out details about the company that ear marked them as someplace any reasonable person would NOT want to work. I talked with the recruiter giving her honest feedback and that I was passing on the opportunity. Not only was I berated and called names - but she went so far as to try to push me into the interview just to cover her own ass.Dont bother, you can find employment your self with less hassle than these idiots provide.

I received a call from a recruiter who first of all speaks a million miles an hour. They really should not sound like they are in a rush. It almost makes you feel like they are rushing you off the phone.So the recruiter called me about a position. I sent my resume in. I had asked this recruiter if they are sure I am qualified for the position. She said she will talk to the Account Manager and let me know. The recruiter later called me back and asked me to come in as she has many opportunities they are working on. I asked again if she spoke to the Account Manager about the role they call me about. They said they will let me know for sure when I come in. So I drove to the recruiter, met for a few short minutes while again speaking a million miles an hour and still had not heard from the Account Manager. The recruiter had me fill out a short online form and said they will be back in touch with me if any position are a fit and as soon as the recruiter speaks with the Account Manager. I called back the next day and to see if the recruiter heard back. Her response when she answered the phone was, what can I do for you. Wait what? What can you do for me? You know why I called.Clearly this was a waste of my time and this recruiting firm obviously needs to train their recruiter on not wasting peoples time.Dont recruiting firms know that they could be a potential client?If you get a call about an opportunity, proceed with caution!

Getting a good job is not always easy; it takes two parts to make it work; “YOU” with all your qualifications: education, experience, references and a lot of persistence, until you are discovered by the “One Person” trained to recognize your potential, the “One Person” with the professional eye for success, but most of all, the “One Person” with the heart to care!!!! Very disappointed. Person who scheduled appointment completely forgotten about it and never appear. Other person checked my resume and promised to give me a call and never did it. Also this is the only one company who cant talk to you over the phone about your resume. They want you to come in person and then just forgetting about you.

Insight global is hands down the worst company Ive delt with,they dont return calls dont let u know feedback and keeps all ur personal info on file .Velta was great but the manage was not, she literally prepped me 5 minutes before we walked into the interview but the email said she should have the dau prior, I would never use them again.

These kids have no concern about your well being. They sell you with a bunch of bs and then let the chip fall as they may. If you are already established in a position, I would think 8x (no matter how much money is being offered) before working with this company. In particular Danny Garanda and Alexis Jacobsen out of the Miami/Boca office are basically job scammers. All they will care about is their client. As a resource you mean nothing to them. You have been warned!Insight is very brand focused...they will contact you if they have placed you to advance their own careers by telling you to write them a good review typically on their LinkedIn profile or even glassdoor. So a lot of these 5 stars (not all as I am sure some may be legit) they have received, is due to that. In fact if you look at most of the reviews they only have one review and it is with this company. I personally gave them a great review on LinkedIn before I knew better. Once you have worked with them, you will be able to tell how dishonest they actually are.

I registered with company months ago. Was advised that there was position available and that I would be set up with an client for an interview in Sawgrass. No follow-up.I received a phone call last night around 6pm. I returned the phone call first thing this morning. I was advised that they received my resume via online at Career Builders. I advised the gentlemen by the name of John, that Im already registered with them. I dont understand why this company dont check their database to locate people that they have already interviewed. This company dont find you work and basically is a waste if time.The communication is poor and unprofessional. Now Im being told that they already have a candidate set up for a interview. Ive never seen a company that only set up one interview for a client. I feel they’re not honest people.
