On their website all you see is 5 stars. I would not give the one, if I could.I am doing a covid OR contract with them. All other RNs that got here at the same time as me were taking home $1000 more cash per week than me. I brought it to the attention of my recruiter and she disappeared shortly after. Her replaced replace said too bad for you! Then she offered me $150, and said be happy with that. To make the story even better, ALL THE OTHER NURSES GOT A RAISE, NOW THEY TAKE HOME $2000 CASH MORE THAN I DO. So if I could give them ZERO start, I would.
Waiting since June to be paid what I am owed, I have contacted cross country multiple times and labor board. They did confirm that I am owed, however they still have not paid me. Someone change my pay rate without my written consent. Definitely would not recommend this agency.
This company has caused me so much stress, and ripped me off so much money. My contract was wrong/ changed 3 times, my start date was pushed back so many days. Pay checks were always a mess, there are so many other companies out there, do not choose this one. I am much happier with my new company, and I am getting free insurance, better bonuses.
Contract was wrong several times, my start date was delayed 3 days after I drove from CT to Miami. Every week I was bothering my recruiter for a new issue / paycheck was wrong. The App.cc app never lets me log in. Weeks later after my contract ended, here I am trying to correct paychecks and bonuses I have not yet received. Too much stress from day one.
Awesome company! Great place to work!
Cross Country Healthcare is great. Thank you.
As a corporate employee, I feel this is an amazing company to work for!
