I love Dr D! She makes dental work actually fun with her cheery disposition and amazing skills. Even on the harder procedural visits I have complete confidence and trust. You can’t ask for a better dental office…really!

I have high sensitivity in my teeth but Dr. Despointes has not allowed me to feel pain, has explained everything to me in detail and has genuinely cared for me. Dr.Fatmi was so gentle and careful while he was doing the Botox that I hardly knew anything had started yet. All of a sudden he said OK you are done. I was so pleasantly surprised when he said that.His assistant Jasmine C was like a mind reader. She put me at ease and was right there helping the Doctor. Between Regency Dental helping me my teeth and then helping me with the aging process they now have a client for life. Give them a try you will not be unhappy.

Very well run dental office and the dentists and dental assistants are excellent. I needed them to finish an implant procedure by a certain date, and they worked with me to get that completed on my schedule. I am extremely satisfied with Regency Court Dentistry, and will continue to go there for my ongoing dental care.

The exam was very thorough. The Photo Imaging and X-rays were quite extensive. The group by desk staff and clinical technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very pleasant and helpful and answered my few questions. I recommend this dentistry office.

So I’ve had a few bad experiences with dentists...that was NOT the case at Regency Court Dentistry! The team is amazing here! Dr. D is kind and understanding and she really took her time with me. She was very attentive and made sure that I felt comfortable during the two extractions and crown prep. Jessica was very kind and accommodating; she and Dr. D took my mind off the procedures. Janet did a great job with my cleaning, and the office personnel were very understanding. Overall, my experiences with Dr. D and the team at Regency Court Dentistry have been the best I’ve received in a long time. I will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Sofia Gutierrez was great. I needed a molar extracted, she put me at ease & it was painless.

I recently cracked my back molar, called and came in for an 69$ assessment before figuring out what needed to be done. My experience started with an unexperienced hygienist, who took 30 min trying to figure out how to use the Xray machine(had to redo multiple scans in an uncomfortable position with a cracked back molar). Upon that she found plaque build and started a 200+ cleaning procedure that I did not approve. The front desk attendant came in seemed irritated that the hygienist didnt ask me if I was ok with that while started the cleaning procedure anyways(Because she started drilling, my back teeth were scratched forcing me into paying that, I would have said no, Let me remind you I came in for a cracked back molar). Upon me feeling uncomfortable and expressing it the dentist came in. She said I needed a root canal (Which I came in for! Dentist was the only pleasant experience I made it point that I did not want anything done without the prices /finances being explained which a rightful and honest thing for a practice to do). I did not mind spending money, they just made my experience extremely uncomfortable and did not clearly communicate.They shouldnt of charged me. Now I need to get another dentist to fix my back teeth after your hygienist worked on something that was not approved and another assessment for a root canal.

Great facility and the staff is very professional. I went in for a cleaning (long overdue) and the dental hygienist I had was very thorough. The entire process of my treatment plan moving forward was well explained to me and any questions I had were answered. I will definitely be returning and making this my primary dentist office. I was very satisfied with my experience overall.

Just an update. A few weeks after this I went to another dentist. I had no gum problems and no cavity and I got the best cleaning. Just a basic cleaning.Regency is not the place to go. They take your money, try to up sell you and that’s it. Please do your research before trusting this place. Never again will I go and I learned my lesson, and lost $69 in the process. Shame on this dentistry taking advantage of peopleI went for an appointment as a new patient for a check up, x rays and a cleaning and I did not receive a cleaning at all. They wanted to up charge me almost $1000 for a deep cleaning and a filling for a small whole in my bottom tooth that I never saw or was told about before until the dentist started checking and scraping my lower teeth. All I wanted was a basic cleaning and they said they wouldn’t do it and yet I still had to pay the fee. I won’t be going back and I hope other new patients won’t get played on like I did.

I am extremely fearful and often cry at the dentist, but everyone was so wonderful and even held my hand. The Office staff- Brandy was kind, efficient and overall amazing. Dr Despointes was amazing. She was as gentle as possible. I woke up today for the first time in a long time with no pain. I can not thank them enough- they are price conscious, honest and work well with insurances. I will be recommending them to everyone I know- this is my new dentist :)

Dr. Navid is the most gentle, caring dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. His work is excellent! I have TMJ and Fibromyalgia so finding a dentist who knows how to treat my condition and not cause any pain is such a wonderful break. I just can’t say enough great things about him.His office staff are excellent and they treat me with such great care. Every one so helpful and kind. Dr. Maria did a great job (but now I’m in a lot of pain. Dr. Navid also did a good job but it’s extremely painful. I started having extream pain and swelling (plus dizziness and nerve pain on the roof of my my mouth)... I called the Boyaton office Wednesday spoke with Mellisa. No call back from anyone. I called Thursday at the Boca Raton Office Thursday and spoke to Gigi about the same problems and she said that I would get a call back. First she said I would have to come in but, I’m to dizzy to drive and again no call back from either doctor.Just to mention that I have Fibromyalgia and other medical problems that I have to take pain medication on a daily basis. Since they have so many offices open now patients are suffering from my personal perspective. I do want to mention that the Dr. Navid and the office staff are always very friendly and seem to care but, in this case not getting a phone call from either doctor for a patient who is severe pain, to dizzy to drive to the either office, and not get a return phone call is not good patient care!Update 3/29/2021- A much better experience today and no wait time. Thought I’d be there for a few hours but not that day m. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you Dr. Navid and all of the staff. Every one in the office is always very kind and caring! I did call the office and this time I received a phone within an hour.Update September 30, 2021:Janet the dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Janet is very kind and helpful always keeping me up to date with new ways to keep my teeth in great health. We need more people like her in all areas of medicine taking great care of the health and well-being of patients.

I had a dental emegency. i was given a next day am.appointment.iwas seen by Dr Despues She was very engaged in her interaction & did a comprehensive hexam & interviw process. Dr Despuentes gave the all treatment optionsShe gave me time to decide my best option. i never felt pressiee or my needs were mot being fully explored. The procedure i had was an extraction i never felt the local or any pain during or after the procedure I felt a great conneection with Dr Despuentes

I requested an appointment for a cleaning and a checkup. Got the checkup, but no cleaning. Instead, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, for approximately $470. That immediately felt excessive, which I promptly confirmed via a web search. While I am sure they are good dentists, I was underwhelmed by their efforts to impress with their equipment, as well as their unfamiliarity with commercial personal dental care equipment available at any drug store. I suggest you try alternatives before committing to Regency.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Naved for 5 Years. He is awesome and so is Nancy the office mgr. They treat me like a queen. Nancy handles all the paperwork beautifully. Our dental health is very important to my husband and I. We picked the right dentist when we moved here. Highly recommend them.

Antibiotics dont cure infections. That is what my husband was just told when he called to complain about his extraction 4 days ago. They SAW the infection during the procedure, but continued and then let him leave with no medication. We called 2 hours later because he was in excruciating pain, and they refused to give him anything for pain. I finally convinced them to call in penicllian. 4 days later he is still in pain and swollen and called to follow up, and the receptionist says well antibiotics dont cure infections. If he winds up in the ER, our next conversation will be in court. Do NOT go to these hacks.

I was have a lot of pain and my friends tell me that the Regency court dentistry is so good and I go there and the people who work there they was so nice and they was so quick and Dr. Naved he was so nice and he work great and he star to do my teeth and I don’t feel no pain at all . Thank you

Came in as a new patient for an exam & the special which was mentioned on their site.They did an X-ray and then was up-sold for something totally different. Dr Fatmi walked in for 2 min was rude and that was it. No teeth cleaning no nothing. Let me start off by saying I am absolutely horrified by the dentist and being almost 38 weeks pregnant made me even more nervous to go. I need a tooth pulled asap and they took me in right away without a appointment or ever going there before. The staff there is incredible and made me feel so comfortable . I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

!!!STAY AWAY!!!I went in to have a tooth pulled, they gave me an estimate of over $1000 while i was sitting in the chair. They tried to sell me bone graft surgery as a line item along with the extraction.They took the up-charge off, acted like i was wasting their time and disappeared after the tooth was pulled. They sent me away without prescribing anything, not for pain, not for the infection.$400+ for a simple extraction, Im not even sure i saw an actual dentist

The reviews are all right. This is a great dentist office. I mentioned I was in pain and they took me in the next day. They do great work and they actually listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Im still having work done and I actually look forward to it. Thanks guys!

I had great insurance through my job and came in to get a standard checkup. Surprise I have a couple cavities ok fixed. Then I need scaling ok. Next thing you know Im coming every week for 2 months for random procedures. My teeth have never been the same had to grind and adjust their work 3 times and still doesnt feel right. Last check up oh now you need a root canal on the same tooth weve done a crown on already 2 gap fillings fell out and now all my insurance is used up because they used it on unnecessary procedures. Today my center crown came completely out! Their work is low quality to say the least. They do unnecessary procedures to get insurance money. STAY AWAY!!! I WONT EVEN GO BACK FOR FREE. Very unethical. Staff is friendly but thats my only compliment

I was in Florida on vacation from Virginia and had a tooth emergency. I had called several places before finding this office. This was the only place that said if I had an emergency they would make time to take me immediately. I was there in 20 minutes and was seeing a doctor within 5 minutes of walking in. I also do not have dental insurance and told them I was on a budget seeing as I am on vacation. The doctor said he would never turn anyone away in pain. Which was very impressive. They worked with me and I was able to afford the extraction. Cant say enough about this friendly, amazing and knowledgable staff! Highly reccomend.
