Kristen is amazing. I am so lucky to have found her. She is so professional, prompt with texting, flexible with scheduling, her office is immaculate, she is an absolute expert in her field. She has actually changed my life. I was really self-conscious and I really didnt think my facial hair would ever go away, but electrolysis is amazing. I once wasted so much money on laser treatment for facial hair. Do not do that. It will not work for facial hair. Electrolysis permanently gets rid of my hair. She is wonderful and understanding of my low pain tolerance. I would recommend nobody else. She is a gem!

Wow what a beautiful office. I was very impressed upon walking in the door. Kristen was pleasant and welcoming. I have had electrolysis with many others before but have not had success. Let me just say that Kristen got rid of all my ear hair and the hair between my eyebrows in no time at all. It does take several appointments spaced out over a few months....but if you stick to it, you will see the results every time you go with less and less growing back. Now that I am done with the original places, we are working on my neck and it is already half done. So happy I made the right choice!
