I’m grateful I finally hit a milestone in my business to get a merchant account and thank you Rami for making sure that happened. But I must be honest. Once I was approved for the account, I didn’t hear anything. I called and felt like a burden. I had so many questions upon the approval and I really didn’t appreciate being sort of pushed aside with no follow-up. This stuff isn’t easy especially to someone that never had a merchant account. I was so happy but that happiness was brought down quickly. Oh and I’m still lost.

Our company has hired MagicPay for processing our stores credit card payments in Puerto Rico. We were in the search for a provider for a few days, until we finally reached MagicPay. Upon our first call, I knew that these guys know what they are doing, in Puerto Rico there is a debit card network called ATH, which most customers use, but most processors do not process. Our representative immediately discussed this subject and made us sure we would be able to accept this form of payment.Our terminal arrived in about one week after account was approved.Everything came activated so we only had to plug it to power and internet. They even gave us a free machine, it is called Pax S80. Overall, well recommended.

Before I give the review I must say that the magicpay team has went above and beyond any of my expectations.I was appointed to them by a friend of mine, never heard of the name before. Apparantely they are a small company offering one of the best customer service and support. Although all prices are listed on the site, they are very flexible. Check myself out, I needed multiple terminals and a solution that is easy to use, reliable, and cheap to maintain. Quickly they put me with their so called Payment Jack app. The app is pretty easy to use, and although it may not be the best out there it definitly does the job the way it supposed to.Aside from first contacting them for service I didnt really have to call customer service so I am not sure of how they are when it comes to customer support but from first impression it seems like they will not disppoint me.Strongly recommended,Reuben Sastiel,AAA Pressure Cleaning Inc.
