Amazing experience here at Palm Beach Mac. They did my computer in 1-2 business days. After having a nightmare of an experience with Apple support I quickly came over to Palm Beach Mac to see what they could do and they solve my problem completely, they fixed my display at no cost because my computer was still covered by AppleCare. Adrian was a huge help, super responsive and hands-on with my computer. He answered every question I had and was just a great contact there. Highly recommend this place for a quick fix for any of your technical problems such as iPhone or computer.

I feel so lucky to have found this place and try there first instead of going to a big and crowded Apple store. What wonderful people, SO helpful. They managed to save my data and went out of their way to do it as quick as possible as I had a flight to catch next day. I wish I could always go there to get my Apple products fixed but I live in Switzerland..so... :-) I´ll just recommend them to whoever is in the neighbourhood and needs a wonderful professional service.

Was able to get a replacement battery shipped immediately for my specific laptop.Was able to take my laptop home and bring it back the day the battery came in then SAME DAY get my computer completely fixed. My iMac died and couldnt be resuscitated for a reasonable price. The professionals at Palm Beach Mac explained clearly what issues were involved, then gave me a lifeline of extracting all my data. While much were already backed up, there were some more recent files which I was truly grateful for recovering. So, while no miraculous rescue occurred, I came out of it with the good feeling that I was better off because of the service provided. It is easy for me to recommend these good folk to anyone needing Apple equipment services.

Battery and keyboard replacement on a mac book under AppleCare. Excellent service with a very quick turnaround. A minor secondary issue that showed up after the repair was dealt with a single 15 minutes visit to the shop. The team is very responsive, competent, courteous and to the point.

I have never gone to get anything repaired at a repair store in the past, I’ve only used Apple, but I can confidently say that it is much smarter to go to Palm Beach Mac then it is to go to the Apple store. I was told it would be upwards of $1000 to repair my MacBook Pro after water damage at Apple, but it was repaired at Palm Beach Mac for $150. It was a quick and easy process with thorough communication with James, the owner, and I will never go anywhere else to get anything repaired. I was told exactly what would be happening to my computer as well as the answers to any questions that I had and the owner was able to tell me how much it would be and how long it would take on the first phone calls that I made to them. They’re a very nice small business with a very inviting presence and the people there understand that it is stressful to get things repaired, so they make it as relaxing of an experience as possible. There is no place better to go and if you’re hesitant or you’re still questioning other places, you can stop looking, this is the place to be. You can also pay in cash you don’t have to pay with your card, which is convenient. I basically thought I was going to have to spend so much time and money on my repair, but it was done in 3 days and I paid the lowest price possible, and I don’t think I would’ve been able to get such good service anywhere else.

This shop definitely gets my vote. Apple said they couldnt see me for a week. I went over to Palm Beach Mac and the staff there took great care of me. They were in constant contact via email and phone to let me know what was going on with my Macbook Pro.If you need your Mac fixed or looked at, this is the place to go!

Palm Beach Mac provided an excellent service. I got my PC back in two days, even though they projected five days. They also called me, a day after I picked up my PC, to find out if I am satisfied with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about the Palm Beach Mac Service (Boca) and their staff. My MacBook Air stopped working Sunday night, and I needed it for work that week. No Apple store would even talk to me, and they told me that I couldnt be seen for two weeks.. The Mac Service saw me that same day, performed a diagnostic within 2 days (much earlier than expected), advised me on what type of replacement computer to get, and transferred my data onto the new computer right after I bought it. I must have called Craig 10 times with questions, and he was available every one of them. They made what was such a stressful mess into an easy fix, and for UNDER $100!!! Seriously, I am never going to an Apple Store again. You guys are amazingly helpful, efficient, honest and sweet. (Also, Craig transferred my stickers onto my new computer without me even asking - they went so above and beyond).

These guys are great! I took an iPad mini in because the head set jack had broke and lodged into the head set hole. They weren’t able to address this in the store but gave me a home remedy which included a pen cartridge and some superglue. On my first try I was able to remove the lodged part! They saved my a lot of money, because I would have had to replace the iPad just because of this minor issue!! Thank you!!!

As an IT professional of 37 years, Ive typically been a self-service technician when it came to my own hardware and software issues. On the rare occasions when I sought professional assistance, it was not a pleasant experience. So when my MacBook Pro refused to complete a Bootcamp-assisted Windows 10 installation (17 times, including 3 with Apple support on the phone), I did not have high expectations when entering Palm Beach Mac Service. However, they managed to do what Apple and I had not, with only a 1.5 day turnaround. Thanks to Craigs tenacity in solving a very obstinate issue, Im now back in business.I must also mention that the attitude of the staff there was like a breath of fresh air compared to the too-cool-to-help-a-customer vibe at the Apple Store at the Boca Mall. My iPhone died and would not turn back on - they attempted to fix it but it wouldn’t turn on luckily the limited warranty allowed me to get a new phone, they ordered it and got it for me within a day. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my situation.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I got a new imac for Christmas and had a problem with it not starting up after a few weeks. As I tried to describe the problem the gentleman checking me in did not make me feel silly, he listened carefully, engaged in pleasant conversation with me and let me know when I could expect to hear from them. I think his name was Anthony. I drove up from Ft Lauderdale because there were no appointments at the mac store or any local shops and he made me feel 100% confident leaving my computer there.When they called me to let me know what was going on, I asked about an upgrade to my RAM for Adobe Premier. The person I spoke too was helpful and knew what I would need. they patiently listened to all of the other questions I had.Im very happy with Palm Beach Mac Service.

Brought in mac air they did a diagnostic evaluation that became a post morten they told me to buy a new lap top, to bring it back to them and they would transfer data to new computer i bought a new mac air pro at cistco. They transferred my data for a charge of $100. No charge for diagnostic evaluation. They are very fair, forthright, and professional. Barry

My early 2013 15 MacBook Pro wasnt charging, PB Mac Service took it in, ran diagnostics, and whatever magic they performed did the trick! Since 1985, I am the proud owner of an Apple computer. I suffer from separation anxiety and cannot bear to be separated from my MAC BOOK PRO. She is away at college on her own trying to figure things out on her own. This was huge. I was told in a phone call to Apple I needed a new battery for my iPhone which Id had for 2.5 years so I guess I got the average length of time use out of it. I took it to Palm Beach Mac Service and they checked it thoroughly to make sure that that was what it was wrong with it, and it was. They replaced the battery and had it ready in just a few hours. The service was very good and they knew what they were doing. I recommend them and Ill bring my Apple products to them any time I need to have them fixed !

This place is great! I went in for a home button repair and left with a new phone. They diagnosed it and found out it was board level and the only repair was a new phone. The only downer was I had to wait a few days for the new phone so they had to keep the old one in the meantime. They were very communicative during the whole process and notified me when the new phone was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up I was able to activate it and restore my back up with no issues.

Miss managed. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Was charged $300 incorrectly and they had to remove charge. They said they fixed my AirPods three times but were unable to. Said they had arrived and when I showed up they said they called me by accident. Also the short red head has poor customer service.

I didnt know why my screen wasnt working. Went to Apple at Boca Mall -- could not get in for a week. Called Apple and they made appt for me at PBMacservice in West Palm Beach for Tue, 5 days away. I saw, by chance, that there was another PBMacservice in Boca, 10 minutes from my house in Delray Beach, called, and they said to bring it in right then!!!! They diagnosed problem (broken screen), and replaced it as agreed within a week. So happy I discovered them. Very professional.

The technicians at this place are very knowledgeable but have zero customer service skills. Dropped off my girlfriends MacBook Pro with the promise of getting a phone call that afternoon of the assessment. After 2 days, still no call, I called them. I get “oh sorry, we’ve been busy.” When I asked about their assessment, “ I’ll let you know sometime today, if that’s not acceptable, then you can come get it” Just know ahead of time, that’s the type of customer service you’ll be dealing with. Work quality was very good, price seemed a little high.

I was referred to Palm Beach Mac by Apple. Circumstances were unusual, due to Covid 19 the Apple stores were closed. My Mac book Pro 5 lost its display and keyboard was sticking. I was very anxious to get back to work. The communication from PB Mac was excellent, time to repair was done the same week (including securing parts). My experience was positive and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I inadvertently managed to get water down into the keyboard while cleaning my Mac Pro Book (wont do that again!) Apple online service set up an appointment with Palm Beach Mac Service. The technicians were helpful and knowledgeable. After opening the Mac they informed me a new keyboard was required.
