The worst telephone system in existence. Finally got a human being on the phone who was incoherent. Could not answer simple questions. If English is not your first language stay off the phone. If you dont understand the words that the customer is speaking to you get somebody else to help you.

Don’t bother to call them ! Return everything instead! They cannot answer for simple question and you will waste your valuable time with them! No body knows what they do there, they are and will connect to from one to an other! Poor management, poor employees knowledge waste of god dam time!!Will never do businiss them !

Had the most horrible experience! Made an appointment to fix my apple phone at this location, when i stopped by the geek squad guy said that the apple technician called in sick today so the phone has to stay overnight they open at 11 the next day and he would be there to make sure it gets fixed. I call the next day at 12:30 to make sure when i can pick up the phone and they tell me the apple technician had called in sick also. Im so upset i didnt get called at 11 am when the tech called sick to let me know my phone wouldnt get fixed. I had to rush pick it up from best buy and drive like a maniac to the apple store 15 miles east.I just think they lack customer service they might be geeks at fixing technology but the are useless at customer service!

Scheduled an online appointment only to have it canceled day of. Now my warranty is expired and I have to pay cash to a local repair store. When calling this location just rings and no option to leave a message. What a way to take care of a long-time customer...called the 1-800 number and was on hold 20 minutes just to have a lady tell me I’m SOL

I had very bad experienced at this location I was expecting a good customer service Geek squad it’s big name supposed to be good Proffenational service but it was very unprofessional when I went to fix my phone first of all no one paid attention for more than 10 minutes highly unprofessional behavior when I complained to the manager she was very rude with me and it seemed like they don’t care if costumer gets upset or not satisfied or dissatisfied happy or unhappy they don’t care it was a worse experienced at this location and I will never go back again and my suggestion is they must replace professional experienced manager at this location without wasting time ...

Horrendous customer service from the Geek Squad. Not accommodating whatsoever. Unprofessional. Disappointing experience. If you need Geek Squad for whatever reason, do NOT go to this one. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Worst Best Buy Location and Geek Squad I ever have dealt with. Warranty order from DEC 23 is still missing after over 2 month and no way to be located. Promised call backs never happend, in line for hours and no solution. Will never buy at Best Buy anymore.

Im not much of a Facebook rant kind of guy... But Merry Xmas to me from the family at Geek Squad, Best Buy Boca Raton.Dropped off my Surface for service 11/1. Surface was shipped out, for replacement. 6 WEEKS LATER..... and after multiples trips and phone calls...Sorry Mr. Evans, but UPS lost your computer. Here is the tracking number. Good luck!oh oh oh... I Forgot.. They offered to let me BUY another Surface to use while I track down $$ from UPS.

I had no wait time when I arrived for my appointment. The tech explained everything as he prepared my iPhone for battery replacement. Took 45 minutes and I just went walking in the area and came back and it was done. Can’t beat the $29 new iPhone battery price

These guys are not geeks. They are retards! I came in on time and the tech was a having a long chat with a customer. I waited patiently until it’s my turn and the tech told me I’m 20 mins late. Then he couldn’t figured out how to submit the order for repair. Then he call the supervisor. The supervisor spent 30 mins and couldn’t figured how to submit a screen repair. Then the manager came and told me they can’t fix the phone for Apple. Even though they are a Apple authorized repair center. They don’t know anything about it. It was a total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and get a appointment at the Apple store.
