I love the tailor at this place! AND they do very good work all around! Thank you! Stella did absolutely AMAZING work! I had a very complex dress for a wedding and she was meticulous, in tune to every detail. She worked with me on choosing my bra and making sure I looked perfect. She even helped me decide not to wear heels as I have a condition making my legs weak. She made me feel like a million bucks however she only charged what was truly fair for her time. It wasn’t cheap but she worked with me and it was worth every penny! She has a deep, good heart, a truly gifted talent and a genuinely beautiful soul. Thank you for making my son’s wedding truly magical for me! The dress is absolutely fit like a glove!

Based on the online reviews I took some items for 24 hour alterations paying the extra rush fee of $10. Next day I contacted the store to make sure the item was ready and the alteration lady told me that they had some issues with the sewing machine and she needed a little more time to finish the job and that she was going to call me when the job was done. Needless to say she never did, when I called nobody answered the phone and the item was not ready when promised. Next day I went to pick up the item and the person in front was not aware of any issue with the sewing machine. She agreed to refund me the $10 extra fee and a full refund of the extra untouched items I have left for regular alterations. I am still waiting for the refund even though the person in front assured me that they were going to be refunded directly by the owner.UPDATE:The owner reached out and refunded the money. Hopefully it was an isolated situation and this is not the norm for this business.

Really unimpressed. My tailor/cleaners went out of business, so I found this place and recently switched. This is the second time I’ve dropped of, and I left a Gucci wool sweater and a brand new never worn cream blazer. The sweater was returned still smelling the and looking same, and it had black ink stains all over the large Gucci label from their tickets they staple to the clothes. The blazer sash has the same black ink all over it and a large pin hole from the safety pin. It was literally never worn. Both my valuable garments came back far worse than when I brought them there. I basically paid for them to put ink and holes on two beautiful pieces. I deeply regret dropping them there and I would never trust them with any valuable garment again. I’m shocked that a professional cleaning service could be so careless and destructive to two obviously valuable garments.

Great local cleaners! They have the nicest team and a wonderful tailor to take care of all my garments! I use them for all my tailoring, dry cleaners and wash & fold needs. They recently added free pickup and delivery- which is such a convenience during COVID. My family and I will definitely be back!

Magic Cleaners has an excellent and professional team doing my dry cleaning regularly. I wear a lot of tailored clothes and they take care if it with such caution and in a timely manner. My clothes always look beautiful. I also use them for tailoring all my dresses and skirts (they have a professional tailor on site daily) and for shoe repair. It’s a one stop shop for me. They have a friendly team and competitive rates- highly recommended!

I specifically called this place beforehand to ask if they had a tailor available on a Saturday morning - a person named Stella tried to convince me to come on a week day because the people who do alterations were only available during the week (I work full time so unable to make weekday appt) but she said I could come in and there would be someone there who would at least do my fitting and pinning for the alteration. I reluctantly agreed. When I arrived there Saturday morning, the lady right away said no I don’t feel comfortable doing this because I’m not the alteration person. What a waste of time.

Update 3/28: They did go above and beyond to rectify this. Wasnt 100% resolved, but I recognize the effort made.Original review: I should have cancelled when she first said my clothes would be ready on Monday. I said I was going to be out of town and needed them before then, she said they would have them ready. Now Im going to buy new clothes because mine are nowhere to be found.

Wow absolutely amazing . Penny and Stella were more than accommodating! Deserve a raise honestly Stella stayed after hours just for my emergency. And penny was amazing with customer service. Will use again.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! I would never use them again. They obviously do not focus on customer service/care and are not up to the Boca Raton standard!

A friend of mine had recommended magic tailors and cleaners... I am blown away at how Stella and staff were so warm and welcoming! I had to bring in my puppy due to unexpected events lol. They treated my puppy like a little princess and I was able to get some very difficult garments tailored. They garments I had tailored I had taken else where prior to me going here and was turned away. Not only did Stella treat me so well but she explained what she was going to do so I was comfortable as the garments I brought in weren’t cheap. I will FOREVER go back..thank you!!!

When i send an email request to quote a price for hemming the dress. The owner Yunn replied saying, two dollars($2) to hem a dress 2-3 inches. But when i showed up in person, she smiled and said $55. I was blown away... First of all, I understand the dress had a width of one and a half pant...but then she should not have quoted me two dollars. I was expecting to pay around $20-$25 anyway. But it is so clear that she wanted me to come to store and then give me the real price. So clever but DONT trust her online quotes to falsely attract the people to come to her store!!!!! Such a smiling WITCH. Period

Best tailor in Boca by far. I forgot to pickup pants that I needed for an early morning flight the next day. She drove all the way up from Miami at 10PM just so I could get my pants. great tailoring work on them as well.

If I could give zero stars I would.Dropped off a wedding dress to be fixed. We agreed on the date, she even pushed it back an extra day to be sure she would have time. Now it’s the day before I need the dress and I have nothing to wear.I showed up to pick it up and she just hadn’t done it. No explanation, no apology, no solution. A dress that didn’t fit me 6PM the night before I needed it. Completely wasted weeks of my time because I trusted someone so incompetent. She never called me while she had my dress to let me know she didn’t have time. She just didn’t do her work.She won’t return my money. This is the most irresponsible, unprofessional establishment I have ever worked with. Please please please learn from my mistake and don’t trust them with anything important/timely that you’re relying on.

I go here for dry cleaning and tailoring services often. I always need clothes shortened and the waist taken in. Yenni takes great care in her work and always has a bright smile. My clothes are always crisp and beautiful and my white coats are perfect. I swear ever person I see walk in seems like theyve known Yenni for years and are close friends. But she treats everyone with that warmth and its only taken me a few visits to feel the same way!

Very disappointed. Im new to the area and was looking for a good dry cleaner to go to so I figured Id try out Magic Tailor and Cleaners. I dropped off just 2 shirts and 1 pair of pants on a Thursday afternoon and was told they would be ready by Tuesday afternoon at the latest. I went by Tuesday afternoon and they were not ready.I went by Wednesday morning and only the pants were ready. I went by Wednesday afternoon and only 1 shirt was ready. My other shirt is still not ready as of this writing.The woman working blamed the errors on their cleaning service and said that a worker burned her hand so they were way behind but will still be charging full price. I decided there was no need to contest the price, as I will simply take my business elsewhere going forward.If they cant clean 3 articles of clothing in less than a week, then Im definitely not going to bring my larger orders there. Future crisis avoided I suppose!

WOW! I am more than impressed! Not only is the shop owner a very kind and professional woman, she is VERY talented!I brought two dresses in thinking I needed a small alteration to the sides. Yenni, made these dresses look like they were designed for me! I am so happy with the outcome.
