I don’t know what happen with staff. But it’s terrible quality and worst how they are talking!!!I order super clean:-they just vacuum, and tell me car is clean before. And don’t want use air…I show him dust on doors, rear tv, ventilation. Answer was car not ready.-I show that rims dirty and swipe with finger…He just told give receipt payment, after start clean another car.Manager told its clean for him. And ask not to come back any more.They can’t work well and don’t won’t listen customers.

I purchased their “Super Clean” option and they were meticulous with cleaning the inside of my car. They must have spent more then 20 minutes cleaning it. The inside wasn’t even very dirty. Took my all weather floor mats out and washed them separately. Definitely recommend their service and get the “Super Clean” option, $26.74 including tax, money well spent!! Will be coming back here from now on.

I’ve been coming here at least once a week for the past couple of months and they always do a great job, shocking for the price. After a long week of driving for Lyft and all the mess/dirt buildup from passengers, they always surprise me with making it look like it never happened. Love them.As for people complaining about them not speaking English, all you need to communicate with them is the type of wash you want and maybe point to trouble areas- get your head out of your a** and recognize a good deal. Or go over pay somewhere else for your English-speaking half-way “detailer”.

The only place I have my car cleaned. The are honest I lost my visa card between the seats and the worker found it as he was sweeping and brought it right into me. They take everything out of the car and console put it in a bag and clean everything. They take your mats out and run them through a machine that cleans them. Love this place.

They are good but if you dont tip good youll get a 7 star service but like me, $20 and they did it all inside and outside. Door jams, truck jams washed interior mud floor mats and vacuum the whole cal.

I have had at least 3 washes at this place and I have had a good experience every time. They do a thorough job for a great price. There is a small waiting room which is nothing fancy, but they are fast so you wont be waiting long. I will keep coming back.

These few bad post do not reflect the service. These guys are great. Fast and very detailed. Even the tanned bald guy! They probably do 100 - 200 cars a day. People should post more of their good experiences.

Same experience as above. He must be the owner or he definitely would have been fired by now. Everyone knows him. The bald tan guy with the anger issues. Today I was the victim and got yelled at by him also blaming me (my rims actually which I paid extra for ) for the delay when he in fact he was banging on some equipment on the floor that catches the car and moves it. Such a jerk. Really doesnt understand customer service nor can he control his anger. Borderline abusive if you ask me. Lets put him out of business people. He doesnt deserve our money

They managed to rear-end my girlfriends car with another car then the manager refused to acknowledge the issue. The same manager yelled at me in the parking lot so close to my face that I could feel his spit. Once the owner showed up instead of handling the situation he just talked about his Rolls Royce. I used to go here often and now never plan on going back.

Warning! Read Angelos review, because the same thing happened to me. Ive been going to the same car wash for years and I decided to try the Car Wash Express and give them a chance to earn my business. I drove up to the car reception where they vacuum and a female attendant was head down and doing some kind of dance or something and not paying attention at all to my arriving vehicle. I actually had to stop my car to avoid her, while she shuffled across the lane, again like some kind of dance. So, when I got out of the car I explained to the attendant that was a little dangerous because she didnt see me because her head was down and she wasnt paying much attention. After, I said how are you guys doing? The manager which observed the entire incident said fine, until I yelled at her. In fact, even after his remarks and offensive comments I remained poised. He continued very angrily and red faced and said that I was at fault and that Im in the car and because Im in the car regardless of what shes doing Id be the one to blame. I said my remarks to your attendant were for safety awareness and that I was pointing out a safety concern. After his extremely offensive and aggressive remarks, I left to give my money to a business more appreciative. Theres a couple of great car washes further south near Glades that offer better and certainly much more professional and friendly service. I really like Miracle Car Wash which is now Rubber Ducky. Im amazed that this manager doesnt understand its important to be kind to your customer/guest. I presume this kind of management will not last. Good luck to those taking a chance from someone that doesnt even appreciate your business.

LOL, same weird experience. They honestly do a good job and the guys are pleasant enough except for the bald-headed manager/alpha male who keeps acting weird. Feels like the Seinfeld Car Wash Nazi. Almost instigates you into a fight if you have a different opinion on something or dont want the premium service. Its like a bad SNL skit. Very strange cat.

Locked my keys in my car,and wanted me to pay for locksmith!!Then damaged the rubber seals that seals on the driver and passenger side windows, never even got an apology
