This is my go to car wash, they always do a great job! The employees are so nice and helpful. I purchase the ceramic wash and bring my grand children with me because they LOVE the lights so much. It even comes with a 7 day rain check with your receipt which has been super helpful with all this rain lately. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend visits this location frequently. He has the unlimited monthly wash pass and has raved about it since purchase. Every time I accompany him I have seen friendly staff, attention to detail, and a well operated business. If I lived a little closer I would buy a pass in a heartbeat. You can trust your vehicles in their hands.

10+ STARS!!!! AMAZING.I did the Bumper to Bumper....and MY SUV was FILTHY and covered in dog hair....when I went to pick it up 2 hours later, I couldnt believe it. They detailed every tiny spot, it looked like a brand new cat off the lot...LIFETIME CUSTOMER HERE!and they have creepy mannequins in the back for some reason. LolThey look real. Love it

Paid 34.24 for a carsh wash, 5 days rain warranty, they dont give you the warranty, unless you have the ticket, the problem is that THEY TAKE IT! So i show to Bianca a picture of my ticket and she couldnt accept it...

Place is organized w plenty of staff to clean your car efficiently & quickly. Reasonably priced. They did a great job on inside of my car but broke off something on console. Waiting to resolve issue w mgt. Will update.

I have to say, for what you pay, compared to other local prices its very good and always quick! And the staff are always friendly. Car wash is good, not the best in the area, but still very good. Wipe down at the end is... OK. I would hope if you go for the full detailing service then it would be better.

I went on Sunday 08/22/2021 BMW white X1 poor service, no good cleaning at all, my car was dirty inside, they don’t even do a good vacuum still have dirty under and the sides of my seats, they don’t even clean my console or the doors inside. The bad and sad part that I bought a special for 2 car wash and the other free for 64.00 and I don’t even want to go there for this poor services.

I just love coming here. The people are fantastic. On two occasions the employees have dropped what they were doing to help hold the door for me because I was carrying one of my kids. Its spotlessly clean and they do beautiful work.

Well this was my 1st time and will be my last time using this car wash paid for the $35 package for my truck, came home and saw all the water spots, and little dry soap soots and had to go to another car wash my to get rid of the water spot. The wearher tech mats were still wet in the back, the cup holders were still wet. The windows were still dirty and had a nice big palm print from one of the workers. Guess you live and you learn. And they kept my receipt. Was going to post the pics but the wife said let it go and enjoy your day off.

Overpriced compared to other washes. Seems to be priced much higher than when it first opened. While they seemed to spend a lot of time on the car once I drove it through the wash - it was still covered with bird dropping spots and the back window was untouched inside. Too bad the place isnt what it used to be.

Today was the first time I had my car serviced at Best Shine Car Wash and Detail. The staff was very friendly and professional. They found a watch while cleaning the interior and immediately brought it to my attention. I appreciate their honestly and what a great job they did with the car. I am a happy customer. Solid workers and people. I spent $50 on a details and didn’t see anything different from the inside of my car. Had a bunch of crums in the back and all of the crums were still there. $50 i expect for you to at least take a vacuum to the car.

They clean your car very well but the very first time I bought my new car for a full service (car wash and Interior clean), I saw several scratches on the side of my car and the paint on my car chipped . I’m not sure if it’s the rags they use but I was not happy when I got home and noticed the scratches on my vehicle. I’m scared to go back.

I like to take care of my car and I’m ready to pay as needed or even more for good work but it was ridiculous! I paid 24 $ and inside it was NoT vacuumed, outside car was dirty in bags and etc., discs were dirty, literally black from dust ...are you kidding me ! Worst place ever!!!

Beware of this car detailing company!!! They scratch my car radio and then refuse to pay for it. Then I went back months later and they dropped the cover for my spare tire. It was completely ruined. The manager was outside wiping the cover so I wouldn’t notice. They are untrustworthy and I will never go back. Can’t believe they would ruin my radio and tire cover and then refused to except responsibility. Absolutely the worst ethics I’ve ever seen. Beware! You’re can might get destroyed coming to this place. Unbelievable....

Amazing. They did the best job. I have a 2 year old and they took the car seat out and cleaned it too. I went to Miami for Thanksgiving w my sister w kids could not believe how clean my car was. plus my super clean dad couldnt believe my car was cleaner than his.

I paid almost 50 dollars for poor bad job. I feel like they stole my money. I can do a better job than them. I am super disappointed, one of the guys told me to wait two minutes, and for real it was a two minutes job. I am very mad! I cannot believe that I paid so much money for such a bad job. We had a serious encounter with love bugs in Florida. If left on the vehicle the acid in their body will eat through your clear coat causing permanent damage. We stopped at Best Shine to get an $8.00 wash. We added a $3.00 tip and they did a remarkable job at removing the bugs! Not one bug was left visible on the car. Great job for a small investment. I would definitely return

They do a good job on my cars and if I ever feel like they missed a spot they’ll kindly go over it again without hesitation. John is a great manager and no matter how busy they are he always runs up to door to make sure he opens it for you. Great service !

Used to be good but on the decline. Constant line, I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes for a simple wash. Seems like they need more staff since there is perpetually only one person drying cars at the end which contributes to the bottle neck. Hopefully things get better or I’ll have to cancel my monthly subscription!

Im a snow bird arrived 3 weeks ago and had both of my cars detailed. On Vets day I dropped by and asked if they were providing like other car wash providers a free car wash for vets. I was firmly told no which is very disappointing. They are good providers and they may want to re examine their vet day offering.

This is Place is a complete rip off and they ruined my car. They ripped off the steering wheel cushion and my car came back dirty. Then my son went to bring his car and they wanted to charge him $125 to clean the interior and exterior. The other owners were the best. Don’t go there

Went for a full detail of the exterior and interior of my vehicle. I received a vehicle that was partially covered in ArmorAll with dust all over, half vacuumed, dirty carpets and the exterior had nothing done to it. I spoke to one of the workers and was told to return the next day. I did and my vehicle was return looking the same. I was directed to return the next day to get it completely taken care of. did not return again. For the cost, it is not worth it. I certainly do not agree with their interpretation of FULL DETAIL.

Just made it here and its a minute before closing. They were packing to go home and they still washed my car no hassle and super friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Car looks great.

This place rocks! I drove into this car wash, not knowing what to expect being new to the area and it blew my mind! First thing, the prices are high. Do not get me wrong, but the kindness that the gentlemen who explained what they do and why they charge so much is worth every penny! I paid over $50 for my cash wash and it was worth it! My car was clean for nearly 3 weeks until I went to the beach. Haha. (: I love it here! Every one should come. Pricey, but worth it! I was also treated like a princess! From the door opening at every door way, to the smiles! Everyone who works there are so sweet! Working in this heat is hard but they keep big smiles and care for your car!

Miserable experience with Best Shine Car Wash on Dixie Hwy. I brought in a nearly new 2019 luxury auto for the Full Service Car wash on 12/10/19. I was told to stay in my car during the wash. The operators smashed their pressure wands into my wheel rims and broke my rear drivers side valve stem and the pressure sensor. My tire immediately lost pressure as I watched the dash gauge go from 35 to 15 psi. The tire could not be re-inflated because the stem was smashed and my car had to be towed to the dealer, Infiniti of Coconut Creek, by City Towing. They had to replace the valve stem and sensor and re-calibrate it to the dash display at a cost of $265. for parts and labor. My towing charge was $48. The next day the owner, John, made copies of my bills and saw the damaged stem and sensor that was replaced and promised to reimburse my costs within a few days. No payment and no return of my 6 calls over the next 2 weeks. Apparently, no integrity at all in this family run business. I would never bring any car that I cared about to this carwash.

Perfect for daily wash (get one of the unlimited monthly bundles). The only drive-through exterior wash service in the city of Boca, that is staffed and is NOT brushless. Staff member will guide you into the wash, while pressure-washing and brush scrubbing the front and rear ends of the car and securing exterior accessories (i.e. rear wiper blade). Depending on the service you chose, you can just drive away or step out and let staff do the rest - towel dry, vacuum, etc., up to the full top-bottom vehicle detail.

Excellent car wash experience. My daughter got sick on cloth seats and they were able to clean it perfectly! I called in advance to explain the situation and spoke to Josh. He was honest and upfront and saw the job through until it was done to my liking. I highly recommend them!

My one and only experience with this place was terrible. I brought my new car there to be washed LITERALLY three days after I bought it. The second I got home and got out of my car I saw a bunch of little scratches on my car that had obviously happened at the car wash. I brought my car back there and showed the manager. They took pictures of my car and had me fill out a damage claim. Then they pretty much told me that it was my problem and there was no way that I was going to be paid for the damage. I was so upset and I explained to them that it was a brand new car. They denied any responsibility even though the scratches were in a uniform pattern and clearly caused by something in their brushes.I am warning you. DO NOT bring your car there if your paint job matters to you.

I went for a full top to bottom detail of my car and they did a phenomenal job. Saying Im beyond satisfied is an understatement. I spilled a container of leftover soup that gone really bad all over the rear carpet of my car. It was a nightmare scenario. I used this situation as an opportunity to spoil my car a little and do a full detail which includes a carpet shampooing. Needless to say the car that came back was cleaner and smelling better than when I picked it up at the dealer and it looks absolutely stunning. These guys fixed an otherwise serious issue that could leave a lasting smell indefinitely and also got my car looking its absolute best since I had it. Id recommend these guys to anyone in town. Theyre the real deal.

This place is top notch. They do a great job on my truck and the inside of the waiting room at super clean. My kid loves to use for soapcan and scored the cars as they go through the wash, and get some free hot chocolate.

Called & asked You hand wash? Yes. Arrive & they say Not enough workers to hand wash but our machine wash & hand dry/buff are just as good Waited an hour, they said cars done. Forgot to clean leather. Said cars done again. Forgot to vacuum the trunk. Said cars done AGAIN. Left bottles of their cleaners in the trunk & missed bird poop on the trunk under the spoiler. And their machine wash & hand dry-buff was the same quality as a gas station drive-thru wash.

Best carwash hands down no contest

I went there 3 times and the third time I gave up. I got the full detailed, which cost 64$. My car wasnt fully vacuumed, they didnt clean my trunk, my cup holder was still dirty and my seat wasnt covered after the shampoo. After I realized all of this, they were closed. I called and left them a voicemail; however, they never got back to me. For sure not going back!!!

CAUTION: Absolutely a nightmare. I had to get the police involved when they damaged my vehicle. Owner is completely refusing to help me, avoiding all responsibility to their customers. When my car was finished, there were white paint spots from my front bumper to the back, in which they claimed the $30 car wash including wax doesnt help with they watched me as I tried cleaning up the mess with my own shirt. They laughed at me when I told them I had to leave out of the country the following morning for a business trip and wanted it resolved. They offered to put duck tape on my broken antena and then never did. That being said, they were rude and unprofessional. I did not receive any money back for the crappy car wash. My car was dirty and when the police officer came to check it out, she agreed that they should hold themselves accountable or I should take them to court because I had all evidence to prove they were at fault. The police said she didnt find any part that matched my car, but that she found other car pieces. ‍ told ya. I will post the pictures of my car so that hopefully all the faulty reviews on this page are ignored for the real ones with unhappy customers. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I hope to hear from the manager who is constantly trying to avoid me. No one on site is able to help with emergencies and damages. Youve been warned.

I really think they are great. Ive been doing an unlimited car wash for about 8 months, at just $35/mth. Its pretty quick and they hand dry. My man Shavén (no clue how to spell his name) takes the best care when drying, whereas the other guys sometimes are more interested in setting a new world record for drying the car rather than making sure 95% is actually dry (and then ending up with 70% dry), but who cares. I wont deduct a star for that. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. They do good work. Unfortunately I have to cancel my recurring membership because of a job relocation, and so they are too far out of the way.

I normally do not allow a car wash to do the interior of my car, but after several trips here, I decided to allow a full wax and interior window clean only. Vaccumming was included, but I saved them that trouble due to I keep my interior very clean. My interior window tint was damaged by something or someone using an abrasive cloth or object that left marks in my tint.I was told it was due to the Windows going up and down, but wouldnt that be apparent prior?Basically after over 3 months and texts promising scheduling to redo the tint, I was told I have a lot on my plate I didnt receive a call back from the tint company well you should have just stopped byHow is this my responsibility to follow up with You? Show some responsibility and be honest. DO NOT GO HERE!
