It two two years to get a very complicated tax situation resolved with the IRS, but Mr. King stuck with me the entire way and guided me through the process with great patience and skill. In the end, we had a very positive outcome. I recommend him very highly to anyone who is looking for a competent tax advisor with whom to work.

We moved our company to Florida Dec 2012. We were looking for a new tax advisor /accountant and our lawyer recommended Mark. He turned out to be a very good referral. He interviewed together with us and understood our needs quickly. He started work right away and accomplished what we needed to get done. From there he set up a program to collect information and submit reports and returns. He made it easy for us to supply what he needed and helped us move our business forward.

Having unpaid taxes for several years, I was, to say the least, not in a very situation. Mark King immediately took power of attorney and began filings and all negotiations with the state as well as the IRS. Mark King has been absolutely essential in cleaning up all of my tax related issues as well as organizing my new business. He has literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the end.
