Received items which are decent quality. One had a small tear. Reached out and was finally answered but I’ll chalk that up to Covid. Sent pic of damaged item and info and convo went dead in the water. Reached out after a week or two, again giving benefit of doubt due to Covid. Finally in touch with Caroline. She was great and made the issue right . 4 stars only because I didn’t receive item. I would order from them again.

By far the worst ever. I placed an order and sent message requesting an update (several attempts were made). When I finally got an answer it was due to a an error on my part with incorrect zip code, again my error. I updated the information they requested. Representative said they would get it corrected and shipped. I had not received a response so I asked about the status again they sent a message stating it was shipped this time it was a zip code in Boca Ratón. When I questioned they stated I gave the wrong address. I explained I gave the incorrect zip code when I initially placed the order but updated with correct zip code when asked. Representative said it was my error and if I wanted my order I had to pay for it to be shipped again. At this point I was just frustrated and decided to pay for it. I finally received my order but not once did I get shipping information. Again I had to request it. Will never order from them again.

Three weeks and still havent received my order. This company charges your credit card before they ship. My order went to at least 3 locations in Dade County and another 3 locations in southern /central Florida according to the track your shippment. This is a bad company. They have not responded to Facebook post or emails.

FLAT OUT FAIL! Horrible across the board. been over 45 days reaching 60.. no word, no product, customer service only has live chat and they never respond.

I ordered on April 11 2020. They finally sent me an email saying it shipped on May 11. On May 28, DHL still shows it enroute to them. Tried to do the live chat for over a week and still no response

Order came totally messed up . No customer service help.

Ordered from SA Company was charged for my order then only received half of what I was billed for. Have tried the live chat numerous times no response. There is no other way to contact SA. They claim customer service is a priority but that is just a claim due to the fact I have yet to be contacted
