Comfortable, easy-going, informative process / experience in representing the manufacturer of these awesome e-bikes. This is my third Pedego bike purchase and recommend Pedego and this dealer, for sure. Way to go, Grego, Kyle, Richard!!

Hands down the best experience since the day I called the shop. I had a peculiar request that no other shop could really give me answers for…however Kyle and the rest of the Pedego staff were able to help me and fix my bike. They were speedy. We love love love our ebikes. Bought an Interceptor and a Boomerang. The friendliness, service and knowledge was impeccable. Made the shopping experience so much fun. We spent the extra money on the Sena helmets and are so happy we did. Talking to each other while we ride without having to shout or be right next to each other has been the best!!! Pedego bike store in Boca by far provides the most outstanding customer service. I showed up without an appointment having never riden an E-Bike and a lot of questions about them. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service the salesman Richard provided. They had a great inventory with many shapes and sizes. I tested four different bicycles to compare and contrast what was a best fit for me, but I knew, and I think Richard did too, that the first one I tested would be the one for me. Nevertheless, he was eager to answer any questions and patiently waited while I contemplated my experiences with the different bikes. They really took their time with me and showed me how to use the new to me technology until I was comfortable with it. That really made all the difference in my decision to buy one on the same day. I am looking forward to my hundred mile tune up with my new bicycle store.

Great staff! Friendly, socially conscious and knowledgeable. E-bikes worked great for my family of different skill levels. The bikes were high quality and well maintained. As someone who puts on many road bike miles I was a little apprehensive of the whole E-bike experience. I had a great time with my wife and kids. I never turned mine on and my daughter never pedaled once! Lol

Unbelievable service from the owner and her staff. I knew nothing about e-bikes ands she explained it thoroughly. Even with the pandemic and delays, she hung in there and provided the best of service. But riding the bike is easy and fun. Boy oh boy what a treat. I walked past this little joint with its colorful displays and they were like “you wanna go for a test ride?” And I was like sure why not! The electric bikes are cool. They’ll pedal assist or you can use them like a moped. It’s a nice location so you can go to Spanish river park or a place downtown pretty easy. Good spot for a date night!

Tried out the Element and Conveyor models and liked them both so much ended up buying them both for the family to share! Silky smooth Conveyor with its belt drive system. Little more rough-and-tumble-with-zip on the Element.Aside from the bikes themselves, this is a local, family-run, father-son shop that I think is well worth supporting. Kyle was incredibly informative and took the time to school me up on my first e-bikes. Also super-friendly and clearly believes in the bikes they are selling. As a local shop, they are here for any and all questions, service and repair. They are even starting up a riding club to help locals get a better view of the neighborhood at a more casual pace. Definitely worth checking these folks out.

I had developed tendonitis of the elbow and I cant hold my weight on my road bike like I have for decades. I woke up Saturday morning feeling like it was time for a new kind of bike, one that didnt put so much strain on my elbow. I thought about how eBikes are now a thing. I am old school, and I didnt think it would be the right fit for me. I am too into roughing it. Still, I hate riding on windy days. Thats just TOO rough. I discovered Pedego Boca with a Google search, and drove over to check them out. I tried a few different styles. With just a couple of laps around the parking lot, I had an epiphany. I noticed the wind didnt slow me down, even at 20 mph. And I noticed my heart and legs pumping as I worked to keep the bike at 21 mph. It all came together when I tried out the cruiser styled Platinum Interceptor. Sitting upright with absolutely no strain on my elbows, I can ride for 30 miles a day. Its been life changing. I get home from one ride, and Im ready for another. Ive met others at Pedego that feel the same way. The stores owner, Grego, is just too fun, and too cool. Kyle is brilliant. The staff is helpful and friendly. Check em out!

I planned on buying a pair of e-bikes online but was determined to do some due diligence and check out a few local stores. Pedego was my first of 3 planned stops yesterday and I ended up not making it to the others.Grego, Kyle, Anre, and (oops, forget the 4th gentleman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful that the product was almost secondary. Paying more to buy locally and to have these guys there for us should we have an issue is worth the price, IMO.That said, the product is great. We love our bikes (a Boomerang and an Interceptor). Took them for about a 9 mile ride as soon as we got home. So much fun!Do yourself a favor and check them out before you buy an e-bike.

I needed a repair for an electric scooter I got somewhere else and they helped me right away. Very nice staff and merchandise.

These guys are exceptional. I was in a hurry, Purchased two bikes. They asked me to test drive them and I didn’t have time. Of course I get them home and within a couple days realize one is too big for the other family members. They took it back in and got me another smaller bike. They had no obligation to handle it that way. Very impressed and the bikes are so fun. 5 stars.

Great Pedego store! I performed an annual checkup on my Pedego and some light maintenance. A short ride up from Miami was well worth it. Kyle has the technical knowledge and factory training(which is key in purchasing an electric bicycle). It was great to go for a ride on a new Pedego, they keep adding new models. Howdy fun!

They have a great crew working here and the bikes sure are fun. I took one out for a two hour rental and had a great time riding up and down A1A. It was my first time on an electric bike, but I will definitely try one again. You can do all the work, let the electric motor do it or anywhere in between.

Their bikes come with a five year warranty and many of the models have all the bells and whistle‘s you could possibly want.Dealing locally when you’re purchasing an electric bike is a far better option than purchasing one online. The assembly could be tricky and you’re basically on your own if something goes wrong and you need parts.This is definitely the go to place for electric bikes.

The owners Kyle and his father, Grego work in the store and were very friendly and helpful.The store is clean and well-organized. I went with the Boomerang, because of the lowStep style making it very easy to get on and off.Kyle the owner of the store, is a bike enthusiast. He will be organizing bike rides from the store for all of his customers who are interested in joining in on Saturday and Sunday mornings. As soon as I recover, from my foot surgery, I will be signing up for the group rides and am looking forward to it. I have been thinking about buying an electric bicycle for a while and I checked out all the usual places on the internet including Amazon . My main objective was to find a good bike at the right price point but serviceability was also a very major issue . I came upon the pedego element and figured I would take a look . I went to the pedego store in Boca Raton and was greeted by kyle and his dad who are two great people . Kyle went over the bike I was looking at which was the element and went over everything with me . No high pressure sales tactics . I went for a test ride and fell in love with the bike and bought it right on the spot . Unfortunately they did not have the color I wanted in stock but one should be coming in within the next few weeks . I felt very comfortable at this store and the people there are personable and really care about the customer . I decided to purchase the all black Pedego Element. It’s so much fun to ride around and cruise the beach and local parks here in Boca. Bring a group and rent some bikes for the day. Brought the bike for service after a BAD crash. the owner seems to like hanging out with his friends as much as he likes helping customers but in the end they fixed it for a reasonable fee. i like my pedego folding bike, great for multimodal transportation, ubers, trains, car trunks, etc.....
