My husband and I called this company a few weeks ago to set up an appointment. When calling the number it brings you to what sounds like a call center. We set up an appointment and an employee came out to our home and told us we would receive a quote within seven days. Since the first appointment we have not heard back and we actually had another employee call us to ask us if we would like to have someone come out to our home for a quote. We have followed up twice (with the call center) and both times they told us they would have someone call us back right away and we never received a call back. This company is unresponsive and very unprofessional, and when you call the number you can’t get somebody at the actual company in Boca. I would be scared to give them any type of payment.

I’m definitely hiring this company again in the future. They did great with the minor renovations in our porch and lawn. The technician also charged me with a fair price. Cant ask for any better company than U & R Boca Raton Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling.
