Iv been looking for a good barbershop in palm beach county For years. I stumbled upon this shop referred by a friend. Iv never been to a barbershop where every single barber was on point. You could randomly select any barber and know your getting exactly what you expect. I personally go to Carlos. He knows my hair and my style. Most importantly he treats me like family. Only barbershop I’ll ever go to.

Bruce is a great barber. He knows his stuff and is very friendly. Will definitely be back again.

I’ve had two other experiences with this shop that were good, but today they lost my business. I set up an 8am appointment last night through there booking platform. I got there at 8am and waited 45 minutes with no one showing up or even informing me they were behind schedule. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is highly unprofessional when your store hours all say 8am daily. It’s been a couple hours and no one has returned my call about what happened. When they did show up before and the shop was open, the hair cut and beard trim were good. I would just not book an appointment expecting to be taken anywhere near your scheduled time

When my husband went to The Lab barbershop, he was so very impressed. He got his cut from Giovanni, the owner of the shop. I must say, it was the best haircut and shave he has ever gotten! Giovanni is very talented and very professional. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and felt very comfortable there. Gio and his team have never let me down. Friendly, warm, old school atmosphere. And a great cut. Would recommend The Lab barber shop for a great men’s haircut.

Went here for the second time. Told barber to trim, over the ears, leave back longer due to my hair being fine and would stand up if short. He just cut and didn’t have any care of what I said. I’ll never return to this establishment. Oh, by the way, he never did my eyebrows or shaved my neck as done previously. This barber shop is very expensive and service is not worthy of any repeat business. Take your own chances or beware. I tried to inform you.

This place just opened up across the street from me. I needed a haircut asap. They took me right away. I looked homeless when I went in. They took time with me and made me look like a million bucks. I opened my garage door when I got home and my girl came to greet me and I got laid before I got in the door. What a great experience. Def go get a cut at this place!

The Lab Boca Raton was Amazing. The service was great and Giovanni is very talented and can cater to any of your Barber needs. Highly recommend checking his new place out for a 5 Star haircut.
