I had the best experience at Kramer’s. German and his crew checked out my car when I stopped by. I did not have an appointment and did not expect to be taken care of that day. When I mentioned I was leaving to go out of town in four days, they took care of me. 3 1/2 hours later I left with my car in tiptop shape. I would highly, highly recommend this auto repair shop. Andrew Southworth is one of the few mechanics who actually cares and will give you an HONEST opinion of your auto issues. We had a car that needed work. We took it to Andrew. His opinion was to sell the car because the value of the vehicle was less than the work that needed to be performed. He also fixed other vehicles and his work was STELLAR. One of the things that makes you know you have a good mechanic is when the DEALERSHIP sends their problem cases to someone. The dealerships send their problem cases to Andrew. Couldnt ask for a nicer guy.
