My sons truck broke down last week - he was able to get it jumped and made it to Complete Car Care. Everyone I spoke with was super nice! Ed called to let me know the diagnosis. I will defiantly use them again!

I have used their services a few times. Some things to be aware of by this shop. They misdiagnosed the problem, hold the car longer than they should. They also like to put pressure on the client to do their recommended work on the same day. They threaten the car will have more serious problems if you dont accept to do the work recommended today . I am so glad that I no longer use them.

I have been here twice now for two big repairs and both times I have had a great experience. The guys have always been very good to me. Honest, hard working crew. They try their hardest to be reasonable with pricing, and they have been both times. I was quoted from a mainstream mechanic shop for double the price. The guys have done a great job with the work, they guarantee everything they do as well to make sure it is done right. I personally have NO complaints. I would recommend them, they are fair and honest mechanics, which is really hard to find. Treat the guys good, they will treat you even better :)

Awful experience! I will never recommend this business to anyone. My car was serviced 3 times for the same problem, billed 2 times and still til this day is not fixed!!! Almost $2,000 spent, now have to take the car to the dealership to get it look at.

My wife and I purchased the special for 89.95 we were told that we would get 4 free oil changes and a lot of other free things. So I bought in thinking what a great way to gain some new business. Well I should have know better the 89.95 I paid they put that in there pocket because my oil change cost me more money than the dealer would charge. After they get your money the service you get from the people that work there is terrible and they talk to you like your the dummy for doing business with them. I will advice anyone that has an up to date car do not go there that is a place for old beat cars. They put 6.3 qt of oil in a 4.8 qt tank, yeah right just charged me for the oil that was not put in my car. I will not let this end when I work hard for my money and need service that I will pay anything for and get lied to just to gain my hard earned money NO THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN. Extremely unprofessional and shady!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I took my car into the shop to get a simple head light replacement. They tried multiple times to entice me to get tons of work done and they make you feel bad when you refuse. I even asked them to put a folder together and take pictures of the damage but they refused to do that. Then when I drove my car home from the shop and checked the headlight it was still out!! When I called to explain my frustration to the guy and i asked if I could get a refund or discount for the inconvenience he got very angry and defensive and eventually hung up on me.They have one of the highest labor cost in the market. I used to go to a shop down the street called Boca Auto Service and they always took great care of me and would replace bulbs and wipers for just the cost of the part but I had a free oil change so i thought I would give this place a shot. I tell you the free oil change was not worth the headache. They are shady mechanics and try to pass as an honest family run shop but will try to scam you into getting tons of work done and fail to accept responsibility for their mistake.I was hoping to find a good shop since this shop is close to my house because I sell cars for my uncle who is an independent dealer and I use a mechanic for advance work so I would of brought them tons of business. But these guys failed my test and will never be getting my business and I plan on telling all my college friends and coworkers not to use them

Beware of the scam. Not good at all. I went their for car inspection and they were acting very nice . Also they sold the car care deal for 80$ saying that cheaper than the dealer. This is a SCAM, as when I took the car they charged more than what dealer charges by adding so many charges. Do not buy the car care plan, when they offer you. I already called my car insurance and notified this business is using cheap tactics to sell the service plan for insurance customers going there for inspection. Till they sell the plan they will act very nice and when you go for service they treat you in a very poor manner. Overall customer service sucks.Government regulating the banks for unfair practices, but this kind of business should also be scrutinized.--update(12/17/2018):FYI, l already reported my insurance agency. One old guy perform the car inspection will nicely try to sell this. Nobody explain this 3 day return policy at least. So do not believe what they say during selling service. Very rude employee experience, when I asked some questions.Most of the dealers are always very cheap and use genuine parts. DO NOT take your car to this store unless you wanted to have miserableexperience.Note any service plan we buy from dealers can be cancelled at any time( pro-rated basis) especially we experience after visiting the first service and compare the cost with equivalent service provided by others. this is the protection we get if we go to big dealers. But giving 3 days for changing mind is too short. The guy is cash counter will not involved at all while the old guy sells ( he promise to meet or beat all the offer by dealers), but when you go to service the old guy will not even present. All the service discussions will be done buy the guy sits at cash counter and he will try to show all fine prints etc. to extract more money. So be aware of this kind of unfair practices. Just because center owner respond to this thread,DONT even think of going there.

I had a very negative experience with your location recently. The customer service was non existent and when my excruciating wait time was up i finally was greeted by the most unprofessional gentleman who provided little to no help with my issue. I will NOT be using your companies services again and i plan on telling my friends and business partners about this incident further to ensure our business is taken elsewhere.

I also hate that I didnt read the reviews before I went to complete auto car. I feel terrible for my friend that they completely took advantage of. Unfortunately it was the closest shop.The manager Phil lied to me acknowledged that he had lied and said that there was nothing I could do about it while he had a cigar in his mouth. Because I am young (24) Phil tried to bully me and my friend into paying more. He said I could call his boss then stalled for 1 hour before he gave me not his bosses number but another managers number instead and told me it was his boss!!!!For a wheel bearing and a brake pad they tricked my friend into paying over 500$ for a fix that they quoted for me to be 150$ And tried to take even more money from us after that.They wouldnt even let us pay with a debit or credit card... they insisted that we paid cash or else they would charge us 50$ more even with a debit card!This is by far the sketchiest business I have ever seen.I really wish I called the police because they did not even give us any paperwork showing the labor hours they spent on the car or the part receipts.

I would rate this place negative stars if I could, STAY AWAY, they will tell you that you need all this extra work when you don’t. This place is a literal scam, had minor front end damage and they told me I needed two new axles because both of them were broken, for $600. Complete rip off keep your money and your vehicle safe and stay away, I had a terrible experience

I purchased an $89 special for 4 oil changes when I was there for a Geico car inspection. The guy John sold it to me. Well, I just got back from getting my car and for the oil change only it was $96. I can go to the dealer for $69 and get the oil changed with a complementary air filter replacement. So between the $89 and the $96 I have spent $185 for one oil change. I will not be going back here. I guess next time I will read the fine print. Even if I break up the $89 between 4 oil changes that brings each oil change to $118.

Ive had several very positive experiences at Complete Car Care. They properly diagnosed my issues and made the necessary repairs at fair prices. One time the owner used a rag and some compound to remove scratches and saved me hundreds of dollars in body shop paint bills. I will continue to take my cars to Complete Car Car.

They will only tell you what is actually wrong with your vehicle and do everything they can to repair it. Needed all the tires replaced on my Camry. Came in at 9:00am and left at 10:30am on a Saturday. That also included an oil change. Price was good as well.

This place should be called Corrupt Car Care. The friendly guy at the cash register masks the dirty workings of the fat owner who sits at a desk behind the front area. He has a routine of giving customers details of the issues. Dont be fooled. His mechanic didnt latch my hood after I had an air conditioning repair, and when the hood flew open on I95 as i was going 65 mph, shattering glass.everywhere.. only my guardian angel saved me. And that fat man blamed me. And The A.C. never worked again, on my totally smashed up car. There are other much much nicer and more professional car service shops in Boca. Run away from Corrupt Car Care.

Huge Scam! Dishonest business!They have been selling the anniversary service book for $69.99 including four oil change and other free services when you do GEICO insurance check. I bought one two months ago.Today, I decided to do the oil change and tire rotation. They suggested several other services including replacing engine drive belt and cabin air filter, cleaning AC system. It sounded reasonable so I accepted that. However, when I picked up my car, I realized that they did not do the tire rotation at all! And the guy Phil refused to admit that. Very tricky.Several months later, when I replaced the cabin air filter by myself, I just realized that they were even worse than I thought !!! I found that the old filter was still the one I replaced last time. Very very dirty! They charged about $40 to replace the filter, they never did !!! They also charged me $90 for cleaning the AC system. I believe that they never did it! This scam should be out of business. I dont understand why they are still hanging there.

Took my car in because the engine light was on. Car was running fine but wanted to be safe and have it checked out. These guys had my car for a week and called me a dozen times to authorize more repairs. After all the nickel and doming it cost me over $2000. The people here were all very nice, but the way they conduct business gives me the impression of a very shadey operation. I wont be going back to this shop. I feel like they took me for a ride.

Horrible experience. The place completely ripped me off and didn’t even solve the problem. They were unprofessional from the moment I got there to the moment I left. The driver there also is unprofessional and constantly talked about inappropriate topics. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could I would give negative stars to this place.

I was so delighted that they also do detailing, auto body and even tinting . I am bringing in my car to Restore the headlights this week for a great low price . I would never go any where else .

I own a Ford, and fortunately this place has been keeping mine on the road for years while my kids are all in school. I took the van in for repair, and it turned out to be a transmission failure. They noted it was still under warranty and directed me to take it to the dealer for covered repair. Where you going to find that in Boca? Later, when the engine had issues - which I thought was the transmission again, the dealer wanted an arm and leg. I headed back to this shop and they fixed it for a song. Ive headed back each time the kids take out a light or door, and always pleased with the job they do for us. Thanks for keeping us on the road with the A/C cold.

This place SUCKS. rude toward women,they took 3 weeks to fix my car, and i only had minor front end damage. the manager told me that i would get to keep some of the money i got from the insurance company, but of course he took ALL OF IT (down to the penny). then when i asked for an explanation for things they were incredibly rude.THEN i found out they didnt even fix it completely because my car now makes noise when reversing and turning to the left, but i got such a bad experience from this place that i never even want to go back.

Scam artists. Surprised they are still open. I am filing a complaint with the state. Heres my experience: I purchased a $69 special. After an attorney in my office building mentioned how this place had messed up his transmission (theyre located right around the corner from our office), I researched the company and found dozens of horrible reviews. I called the shop the next day to get a refund. The auto store stated theyd process the refund. After two weeks of no refund, I disputed the charge with my bank. My bank came back with paperwork stating they couldnt honor the refund since my receipt held a cash value.After calling the manager; he explained that the man who sold me the special no longer worked there and I therefor couldnt get a refund. I told him Id file a complaint and he laughed, telling me to go ahead. This is my very first negative Google review but I feel obligated to let others know. The scam this shop is pulling makes me amazed to see they are still open.

Bought a 69 dollar 6 stamp oil change. Note that doesnt include tax but that wasnt the issue.These guys will hassle the hell out of you.Its nice to know you have issues with your car...its not nice to insist the that someone get the work done with you.The free ride? Its in a car that you can feel the parts going bad in.Put this way...I didnt even let them do a single oil change after the first one.

The service was not really great. After leaving my car for three days in the shop, I went to pick it up and there was nothing done. Barely any customer service and tried to up-sell me on everything. The folks are not really that nice and there was also arguments in between staff that just ruins the environment.I am not going back. I also asked to rotate my new tires to the front, and nothing was ever done about it.

Phil was very courteous, efficient and thorough. I did not have to wait to be serviced. I found a new place for my automotive needs.

The manager we worked,Ed, with was a smooth-talking liar and a thief! He represented that this company could do Winnebago warranty work on our RV. He repeatedly said he was waiting for parts/approval. Yet the Winnebago agent had no record of his conversations, no part orders,and stated they would not pay for his work. He did replace our Dometico refrigerator door, which was approved, including installation. .. but only if he billed them, not us.When we picked up our vehicle...many days after he promised it to be ready...we were billed for the work and told to pay it to get vehicle back, and submit bills to warranty company for payment ourselves. The bill were not itemized. At that point I just wanted to continue our journey.When I called Winnebago and Dometico a few days later, customer service said they could not pay us back directly.I gave our manager Ed at Complete the opportunity to make good on the problem; he declined.Although they made some repairs properly (which should have been free), they missed a cracked part that was causing a leak. What a waste of time and money.Lies and theft plus poor repairs...I really wanted to like these guys, but was so disappointed. They should be run out of business.

I called them at 8:30 am to tell them that my car broke down and I need a tow to get to them and 4 hours later they finally showed up after I called them 4 times asking them where they were. After that they started to perform a diagnostic on the car tell me it would be done shortly at 2:30 pm. I finally got fed up and marched over there to find them closed with my vehicle locked in. I told them I need my car tonight because I have work tomorrow and they stated sure no problem. Now I find out I wont be able to get my car until Monday morning and they havent started the work!!! I am beyond mad.

Complete Car Care is an awful company. STAY AWAY or you will be on here leaving a similar review.They initially quoted me over $1,000 to do a job 4 other placed said would cost $500 or less.I told them I dont have $1000 and they started going lower and lower in price giving me excuses of how they all of a sudden can do it for less. It was like they wanted to see if Id pay something ridiculous and had I said yes, THEY WITHOUT A DONE WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT.Maybe it wouldnt of been the worst thing if they provided a service, but after less then a week goes by the same exact problems started up again. They probably look at every person like residual income, just temporarily fix something so they have to keep coming back again STAY AWAY.

True, Mike seems to be a very affable person. And also true that the first time I brought my car in they did find other repairs that needed attention. However, the car I brought to them was an older model and in all fairness probably needed extra work. I did not get the impression they were scammers, but I am wary of mechanics who try and take advantage. Last time I took the car in they fixed the problem and didnt find anything else wrong. Ill keep my eyes on them but they seem to do good work.

Do NOT go to this place, if I can save just one person from not getting ripped off the way i did it will make me happy. First of all, my car broke down miles away from my home, unfortunately this place was the closest to the highway. They towed it in and right off told me they would charge me $250 just to look at the car!!! Once they had checked what was wrong with the car they said it was the engine, $3500 later, I bring back the car to them cause radiator had a leak on top, $300 later they changed it and now my car is still at home because it OVERHEATED and I cant drive it back from Miami to Boca Raton without the car exploding. I called them to let them know my issue and they first made sure that nothing would be covered since I havent made an oil change with them, (making my warranty void) Now at almost close to $4000 in repairs I have my car at home, not able to drive it because I cant get 5 miles without the car overheating and they wont offer me any solution other than drive it up here DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I Wish I read the reviews before I went to this place. Scam artist at its finest. I went to get 2 minor problems fixed, a day later my car had new problems. So I took it back. After a few days in the shop they said they wasnt sure what was wrong. I really dont think they looked at it the first few days. I was getting the runaround, and it was getting confusing. Phil explained what was wrong a few days later, I honestly believe they messed up something, all in all I go to pick up the car, and $1300 later there was a NEW PROBLEM. Problem after problem after problem after they said they fixed it..just to think I originally went in for a busted hose. I AGREE WITH OTHERS. DONT GO HERE! I dont think my car will ever be the same it was working better than it is now before I took it to them. I just want my old car back. Phil is a nice guy but Im questioning the work they actually do.

I left my car after purchasing a groupon for an oil change. I chose this shop because it was around the corner from work. Big Mistake. The manager, I assume hes the manager, Phil called me and told me the car had a major coolant leak. The idiot light has been on for low coolant for over a year and my regular mechanic went through the car and determined the light was malfunctioning. I have been driving over a year with the light on and have kept my eye on the coolant and have had no problem. complete car care was trying to tell me I was going to blow up the engine. When i asked where it was leaking from he said he didnt know, he would need to diagnose it and that would cost a fee. My groupon was for an oil change tire rotation and 21 point inspection, Phil also told me it was going to be an extra $62.00 because they were going to balance the tires. What? Any idiot knows when you rotate the tires you balance them. These people are scam artists and after reading the long list of similar reviews I contacted Groupon and informed them of the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!! They will rip you off or at least try and now Im worried they will do something to the car to make me have to come back, leave the drain open or something shady. What is wrong with people? Dont they know you get more business if your honest and upfront and do a good job at a fair price rather than sabotage your car and scam you? I am going to pick up the car shortly and I will not be surprised if they try and tell me I owe something more

This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks! We have used them for the past two years and what a huge mistake! Please do not go here! Everytime we take our cars in for routine maitenance/oil changes they come back and tell us that our cars are falling apart and need immediate repair. They lie about whats wrong with your car and charge you at least 3 times the amount of other shops around.They lied and said my belt on my car was broken, if it was broken I wouldnt have been able to drive it there. They lied and said my axles needed to be replaced. They have lied about whats wrong with my husbands car. Everytime we go it is something. It always cost us a minimum of $350 per visit to over $700.They also are rude and not efficient. On top of all of this they charge a significant amount for stuff thats supposedly wrong with our cars only to have the same issues come up again the next time we go.Please please please do not go here! Go to Daves Automotive Shop in Pompano. Its a little further but soooooo worth the drive! Dave is so honest and fairly priced!If I could figure out how to expose and sue these crooks at Complete Car Care I would! Its disgusting the way that they run their business. It is stealing! You are stealing from our family when we have done business with you. I wouldnt even call it business I would just call it a scam. Absolutely disgusted!

Lied. Tried to charge me almost $90 for 20 minutes of work. Charged me for parts they did NOT use. Waited around 40 minutes once part was put on to actually cash me out. Left car on and running in shop, left windshield wipers on (which scratches the glass). Forgot to put OEM parts back in my car for me. Had to turn around and get them once I left. Pretty difficult experience.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE USING THESE GUYS!Mike, who is the counter guy you will deal with if you deal with Complete Car Care, has a gift. He comes across as genuine, honest, and affable, but he is really a manipulative superficial cover for one of the most ruthless scams I have ever experienced. This place preys on those who dont know any better and are not mechanically inclined: women, the elderly, and guys like me.I am posting my review after being reminded of his ways by one of his promotion guys coming into my shop to sell us on this free oil change deal.You go in for an oil change, you dont leave with a bill less than $500, and it takes hours.Whether they get you with the oil change and whether they damage your cooling system so that after you leave, you have to be towed back to them or hit your brake lines with a mallet forcing replacement - THEY WILL GET YOU. And that brake line trick that cost me $450, they messed up the replacement and I lost my brakes towing a 20 foot boat back from Key West to Boca - ask yourself if youd like that to happen to you? Mikes response - blame it on the part guy, of course, a Defective Part.I own a small business in Boca Raton, I know how to treat people with respect, honesty, and integrity, and it baffles me to think that someone like Mike and the folks at Complete Car Care Center can go through life treating anyone like this.Please do yourself a favor and stay away, I dont want to have to be the one that said I told you so.

Dont go here, this place is horrible, the charged me 200 dollars for a detailing and did not even cleaned the inside of the car, also my rims are painted and not sure what they cleaned it with but they seem tarnished, when i brought it up to their attn they claimed that it was already like that, total rip off i touched the rims and black dust all over my hands i showed it to them but they said that it was normal, again stay away from here
