Ive been working with David Bishop at Brightway for probably 8 years. We only ever interact annually when its time to renew or shop a new policy. He always responds right away and makes the process so easy. The level of service is off the chart in a good way. Im not sure he has any other customers aside from me, which feels nice because I know that I always have someone to turn to for my homeowner insurance needs. Thank you a hundred times, David! Bad and inaccurate services and worst customer service. As agent selling insurance and helping clients, DO NOT even call here I will be reporting Frankie Furtado and his boss to the file an insurance compliant page, they will take your bank info and string anyone along by making stupid and unsupported lame excuses. Frankie specifically targeted me and I have chains of email conversations to prove it. Get your insurance needs elsewhere.
