Zero stars. Zero customer service, Zero quality, Zero honor. Nothing quoted was done properly, came back to fix and made it 10x worse where I now have to pay to have someone come and fix which will be a lot more money than the original job. Called numerous times with no response. Since they got paid they vanished. When they did come it was whenever they decided. Didnt even let me know and made it worse. Pierre is however an expert in excuses and lies. One excuse after the other. Awful business practice. And all this happened when I specifically mentioned that I would have 3 major jobs coming. I cant emphasize how bad this business is. Awful. Stay away!!
