I hope this review along with the others will keep this guy out of business. Called this guy for a repair. He charged $35 dollars for the first visit. Then, he had to order a new part (supposedly) and come back later to replace it, which he did after a week or so. New part included a 1 year warranty. One week later, TV started with the same problem again, called the guy multiple times and didnt answer. Called him from a different number and answered right away. Asked him why he would answer my calls he didnt explain and just gave me a new appointment. New appointment day came, guy never showed up, and again didnt answer my calls or text messages... Again, hopefully, anybody else that reads my review wont make the mistake of calling this guy...

This guy provided FALSE Advertisement on Google. Its says on his AD FREE estimate and when you call, there is a fee to visit $35.00. He says GAS is too expensive. I called this Misleading Advertising..I will never trust this guy. Just see his google Ads and call him to verify. And I decided to see his reviews and I am so thankful that I will never do business with this person..Be aware who you bring to the house. See his AD for TV Repair.

Complete sham. Took my money and didn’t make the repair. They also operate under the xpress tv repair. I wish I could give them zero stars.

He is operating from his Houses garage, no registration or trainingBad for the honest TV repair shops out there.Beware!!!!!!

An absolute joke. The customer service is zero. We no longer needed the part and he ended insulting us saying that we were thieves. My advice to everyone please stay away from this company.

This company does not even deserve a star. I give them a negative 5 star. Total rip-off, they swap out the main board on my Samsung Smart TV with a used part and within weeks my TV HDMI ports went bad again. When I call to explain my issue. They said they will call me back, but I never get a call back. I m the one who has to do all the calling. One time I got a txt back saying Guy here, sorry I did not get back to you, but we order another part and we will call you as soon as it gets here 2 weeks past and no call back. They never give a real name, He goes by the name Guy. Watch out for these people they operate under 2 names TV Repair Xpress and Xpress TV Repair. Also, if they your phone number on their call ID, they will never answer the phone, instead the phone will forward to another phone that rings off the hook. I recommend anyone who dis business with this company to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They dont need to be doing business in our community they set a bad example for society.

A crook. A scam. Wanted $45 when (the office) was running a “July 4th special” at $35. That’s what they said Lou. Lou today, gone tomorrow.

He came and took my tv to repair it. He said he would bring it back in two days. He didnt show up. He said he would bring it back in a couple more days, he didnt show up. Now he doesnt answer my calls. I think they are trying to steal my tv.

Is there a lower score then Poor? This man gives local family owned business a bad name in the community. We have been wiating weeks to get our parts back from him. No return call, emails, txt... Nothing. Dont get burnt by this man they way we have. There are plenty of other reliable local business out there.

I am reporting them to the police . the guy took my tv a month ago and he is not answering calls. please dont trust this people.

The guy/guys is a rip-off dont trust them with your money or TV its all a scam they will come take your money take your TV apart and say they need to order some parts and will not come back or answer our calls for about two months, Ive not heard from them but when I called from another number they picked up only to when they found out whom I was they said they would call back .....still nothing dont waist your time or $$$

Total RIP OFF . This guy is a thief !!! Took a USED part to my house and expected me to help him take the TV off the wall and didnt have a clue ! He tried to switch out my part for his part . Thank god i was home and not my wife alone !!! This guy is a creep and very dishonest ! STAY FAR AWAY !!!ALSO LEFT WITHOUT PUTTING THE TV BACK TOGETHER CORRECTLY ANDTHE PART ONLY WORKED FOR A HOUR !!!RUN FROM THIS GUY !!
