We booked Alpha Transportation for a wedding shuttle service, and they were fantastic. The minibus was very nice, clean and comfortable, and our driver (Zachary) was outstanding! He arrived early for both pickup and dropoff and everything went beautifully. I highly recommend Alpha for your event!

Alpha is the BEST! Both our drivers Arce and Zachary were cordial and professional. The buses are clean and comfortable. Eddie worked with us when we had to change the number of riders and get a bigger bus! He was also accommodating when we had to change the pickup time for our return as our cruise was getting in later than expected. They were early for both pickups. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THEY NOTIFIED US 24 HRS IN ADVANCE,2 HRS AGAIN AND UPON ARRIVAL AT OUR PICK-UP POINT, HE TEXTEDTHAT HE HAD ARRIVED. HE WAS EARLY ON BOTH ENDS OF OUR TRIP,THANKFULLY, BECAUSE WHEN WE GOT BACK FROM OUR CRUISE, WECAME BACK TO COLD WEATHER, 54 DEGREES AND WE WERE NOT PREPARED FOR THAT. WE HAD 24 PEOPLE. THE BUS WAS IMMACULATE AND HAD COMFORTABLE SEATING. JOYNER ZACHARY WAS OUR DRIVER GOING TO THE PORT AND ED THOMPSON WAS THE DRIVER ON THE RETURN. THEY WERE BOTH EXCELLENT DRIVERS. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL ON ALPHA FOR OUR NEXT TRIP!.
