Avoid avoid avoid. No one needs to have anyone be this rude to them just to get an appointment. I was nice and polite, but after being left on hold I was told I couldnt make appointment and hung up on. Notifying my referral to this facility, my insurance company, and the company network to use anyone else.

Sat through 2 sessions with a counselor, answered hundreds of questions for her to narrow down what I assumed was ADHD, and she had ruled basically any other issues out and even spoke to a family member to confirm all of it was true. Finally got an appointment with Dr King who also said I had ADHD, just to have him hand me a 12 question sheet and leave the room. I was very confused and expressed that I felt I didnt understand what was being asked but he said it didnt matter. He took the paper and said he was going to treat me for bipolar disorder first. This process had already taken a couple months. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, I made one visit there where they immediately did an IQ test and asked many questions. Within a half hour they said it simply couldnt be anything other than ADHD and didnt understand how Dr King could ever assume it was anything different. Within a week I was already being treated for ADHD and felt so much relief. Ive never been to a more unprofessional doctors office of any kind than here. They have no interest in anything but your money, your well-being means nothing to them.

First attempt at receiving help for what I believed to be adult OCD/ADD. Guy on the phone was rude. How hard is it to be cordial? I didnt want to share what I was going through with the guy but he pushed me for answers. After that I was denied because of a conflict of interest because Id been to jail before. So you ask that *after* you ask personal information? Shoulda started with that, thanks a-hole.

Couldnt book an appointment and the receptionist couldnt explain why.She also said this isnt a rehab facility implying Im an addict when infact I was trying to book an appointment with a psychiatrist to treat my mental health. Their receptionist is rude, judgemental, and not helpful when youre trying to actively better yourself.

Chuck Boris is very kind and Professional and Dr. King is good, they have both helped me a lot. The office is clean and quiet, its easy to find and worth an hours drive.

Always getting rushed out of this place whenever I meet with Doctor King. Please dont go here. They dont care about trying to help you. You have to do everything yourself.

Dr smith is seriously the rudest lady. A couple came in (from driving an hour) and were just 11 minutes late and Dr smith refused to even see them. Shes incredibly rude.
