If I could give them zero stars I would. Needed a 50 ft. boom lift. Called Sunday night at 5:00 to verify it was not rented out. Took a week off of work to complete some home repair. Have been told many times We cant hold any tools for rent when I asked specifically about this piece of equipment. Fine. Get there at 6:05 on Monday morning. Clerk asks if I called. I said yes, I did, last night. Tells me another gentleman called this morning to rent it and is on his way. I said I called as well and am actually here to rent the tool! Was told he couldnt do it, the other guy called and is on his way. So I said So you are holding it for him! I have always been told that is not allowed. Only response was Well he is on his way. Im done with these jokers. I will only rent from United Rentals in Columbiana from now on, much more professional.

Rented the 50 foot lift yesterday and had planned to rent it for 24 hours and instead only had it 3.5 hours since battery couldnt hold a charge in the cold weather. It ruined my whole work day plans and had to cancel/postpone a customers job. There is more to say about this situation but I will keep it quiet. I do plan on renting sometime again but on warmer days to see if it really makes a difference. Home Depot also needs to change their hours on Google to the correct times. We almost planned to show up there at 630ish- am but its a good thing we showed up at 730am although they really opened at 8.

I bought a ryobi 18v lithium drill and sawzall with the extended warranties after 2months the batteries refused to charge, when i went in to get them looked at all i got was attitude from the lady at the tool rental counter. Then they told me my warranty was void because i used a sawzall to cut exhaust pipe and they are not designed for use on metal. Once i talked to a manager he said he could warranty the batteries but it could take up to 5 business days. Now 2 weeks later i still have no batteries and they are saying the batteries just shipped and it could be another week... very poor service, very poor aattitude.
