I do not understand the negative reviews. Owner Zack and his crew did an outstanding job on wrapping my car. I couldn’t be more pleased Zack has been extremely friendly and patient with me whenever I had questions before and after the sale.The window tint gentlemen did an outstanding job on my windows I absolutely love it and am thrilled I found this place. I drove over two hours to have this work done and I am more then satisfied I won’t go anywhere else.Thanks guys!

They dont offer wheel wrap, most places that wrap do wheels. Perhaps not on a daily driver, but show cars for sure. And 3 stars is not a bad review. From what I see, you have plenty of bad reviews.

I’ve been calling for over 2 months probably 15 times total, never get an answer always a voicemail. They close all the time for extended periods and say you can call on a certain date in the voicemails and even then they don’t answer the damn phone. I have 2 cars I’ve been trying to get wrapped I’m now going elsewhere to get it done.

Good people legit job and care more about the local rep then money got all my windows tinted without a hitch i even went back due to this being my first tint and they went through with fine tooth comb just to assure the job was done right

Failed to inform me that the window tint was from a separate business, ran out of the same garage. As i ran into problems with my tint a day after, i expressed how i was unsatisfied and he pointed the fingers at the other company. two days later i noticed a large crack in my windshield that started exactly where the tint was cut to fit around my rearview mirror. I then messaged the owner again that we had much bigger problems now, following 3 photos of the damage. the reply i received was a phone number and another notification saying he had left the chat and had then taken down his facebook advertisement. he had then went as far as to block me and failed to communicate with me further, claiming i was harassing him. I reached out to the company torres window tint and had no response. So i went and talked to them which i was told that i cant prove they did it and can only give my money back after arguing for 5 minutes saying i was going to file a lawsuit. So i got my money back on the poorly done tint job but still have a huge crack on my windshield that i was expecting to be replaced. Owner failed to address that the window tint was a separate entity and did not care to inform me that until i ran into problems. I only came there because I saw around town they did nice wrap jobs and was displeased to realize they dont do the tints as well.

Wow is all i can say. the quality is so outstanding i dont know what to say except was he must have been blindfolded when putting the wrap on this GTR. The quality is horrendous, overpriced, and no sense of customer care after the complaint was brought up. I would not go to him if he was the last wrapper in the area. Very poor work and a dirty workplace. He couldnt even wrap my friends roof of his car without causing creases and bubbles in the vinyl.
