I have gone to many hair places and haven’t had anyone be able to create the style I wanted. Jeanie was very professional and was able to create the style I wanted. I’m definitely going to continue to go to her.

Jeannie did an AMAZING REPAIR JOB on my hair that another salon tried 3 times to correct their mistake that cause alot of damage to my hair. She definitely is a miracle worker. Thank you Jeannie

Here is what she did well:1. Listened to my request.2. Changed her plan based on what I was saying.3. Stuck to her quoted price.4. Was upfront that she was unsure how well my previous color (blue and green) would bleach out.Here is what she did poorly:1. She did not adjust her dye color choice to adjust for the traces of color she could not remove. This meant my orange was browner and my black was blue-greenish.2. She only seemed to have 1 clip to hold back other sections of hair that she was not currently working with. This meant she was constantly fighting back other sections that were falling down, or the foils would slip, etc.3. She did not repart my hair to make sure my center part was straight before she started. That means I now have to part may hair crookedly to make sure the colors fall correctly.4. She lost or threw away the notes she had taken when wed talked over the phone, so I had to reexplain the whole idea and remind her of her own quote.5. Im unsure she has much experience with naturally curly hair. She kept trimming one side more than the other (because it was temporarily straighter because shed been working with it). My hair is uneven.6. She cut the hair after it had been washed, bleached, washed, dyed, and washed. Curly hair does not fall naturally after all of that. She should have cut first, then done everything, then MAYBE done a tiny touch up after.7. She gave no time estimate at all.

Jeannie’s energy is ultimately fueled with passion and expertise; one thing I value is her innate ability to educate on what she is doing, whether it is a certain technique for cuttung or reasoning related to the color process. She always informs you of the most beneficial and latest Paul Mitchell products as she uses them. It’s obvious that Jeannie has the most genuine consideration of how you feel about your hair before you leave the salon which I truly feel is admirable and relieving.

I honestly cant say enough about Jeannie Gullia and The Color Cut Bar!! I LOVE the way she takes the time, listens to what I am looking for, makes recommendations based off my facial features and tone and creates absolute magic! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Called about a bad hair job and she was rude then referred me elsewhere because obviously they dont know what theyre doing either. Useless.I think your rebuttal speaks volumes, you should be shamed. SMH
