They did a good job painting the roof of our Honda Pilot(this was a recall long time ago with Honda but not now coz it expired). They are great in fixing the area at the side panel rear where it got hit due to the accident. It took a week to repair including the front roof paint. They give you options to really fit your budget. They do recommend suggestions so you dont pay much. Friendly staff make you feel comfortable. Well, we recommend them.

I am doing this review for my mother in law. She really loves her experience. Professional, kept her updated on the progress of her Land Rover, looks as good as the day she bought it. She is very pleased to have her car fixed and back.

These guys know how to make it happen. Upon arrival I was super impressed with the shop and even took a picture of it. Things are kept so clean and tidy and nice and that’s exactly how they did the work on my van. Communication was excellent I felt like I knew where things are at all along the way. Even though they were some hiccups and bumps they never fail to let me know about them. Totally using them again!

While the insurance company made the process more difficult than necessary, Loren’s associates graciously took care of all the paperwork and gave us clear instructions on follow up. We left the body shop with a sparkling clean vehicle and pleasantly surprised by the extras they provided as a courtesy. Everyone at Loren’s was amazing. The body shop I normally used was out of business so I followed a recommendation. Glad I followed that recommendation!!! These guys didn’t just do a good job but hit a grand slam. Loren’s set a standard that will be difficult to match by any other body shop ever. Always helpful, polite, and took the time to explain everything include possible alternatives. Hope I never need them again but if I do I will wait my turn no matter how long it takes.

I had an amazing experience at Loren’s Body Shop in Bluffton! I was in a small accident that left my car pretty dented in multiple places. The car looks amazing and I cannot even tell it was in an accident! I was amazed. My car is a yellow color, which is difficult to match but they blended the color in so well that I cannot tell at all. They also cleaned my car on the inside and outside and it felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle!! Customer service was outstanding as well! I was kept updated on my car, everything was explained in great detail, they set up all the rental car details for me, and I was given a gift card for having to wait a little extra longer for my car to be done (which I didn’t mind at all!). Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Loren’s and will refer them to everyone I know and go to them for any future cars needs. Thank you!!

I have heard Lorens does a good job, but, I didnt privy myself to find out. I took my car to someone else who does body work, along with the quote; I was very glad I didnt go to Lorens. Between the price of their paint and the fact they didnt see my hood and hood latch were busted, I wouldnt have gotten a full repair. And they were going to use mostly used parts; the person I went.to hot me all but one new part.P.S. The person I went to was $300 less than Lorens and did the job in quicker time and fixed my car and it looks amazing!!
