I have been with Walker Insurance for years, I have always loved the staff and the respect we were given. However, my husband and I noticed that our front porch was kind of slanting, one of our friends told us that his did the same and his homeowners insurance paid for it to be repaired, so I called and spoke to Stephanie and she was very rude when I inquired if our homeowners insurance would cover our porch, long story short, she made a claim, sent an engineer to our house, apparently, this is not covered but sent us a letter giving us til May to repair it ourselves or we will lose our homeowners insurance. Now, we are struggling to find a contractor and also trying to secure a loan to pay for the repairs, as we have no idea what the costs will be.Before Mr. Walker passed away, I told everyone what a great insurance company that this is but now, I have realized that the money that we have paid for years does not cover anything so I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Spoke with David Walker and he was going to look at the property, take some measurements and pictures and call me back that evening or the next day. 2 weeks later, and 3 unreturned voice mails I can only assume they don’t need my business!
