I have been going to this nail salon the last 4 times I have had my nails done. I have never been disappointed and I have had multiple nail techs do my nails there. They are very professional and great at what they do! Pictured below is the Dip polish- French (pink and white) ombré. I am a nurse and wash my hands soooo many times a day I have never had any chipping or lifting ! And I can go about 3 weeks without a fill.

The staff was friendly. But I got a matte full set acrylic done a couple weeks ago with a small design. The first attempt on one of my nails was not good so I asked for the man to fix it. His second attempt was way worse and noticeably so and he didnt seem to care. The very next day my paint started chipping. I went 20 miles away for this service so to go back and have it fixed was way out of my way. So Ive been rocking ugly nails for a couple weeks now.

They fit us in late with me calling in the same day. They did a good job and were very helpful and nice.

This is mood polish. It turns darker when my hands are cold. They did a great job. My new nail place!!! 😊

I love this nail shop!!!! Donna is awesome!!! I get my nails, toes and Eyebrows done here every 2 weeks and I dont miss my appts. I always fall asleep because Im so comfortable there.

I went for my first time here a few weeks ago and they did perfect, we’ll I went back today and I was in there for 2 hours I waited over an hour for them to even start, then I asked for square and got oval shape, the color I picked was a white with a little blue tint we’ll they ended up very blue, then made me pay $50 for a set of gel! Last thing they are thick they didn’t even thin them out. They were very rude as well.

Not my favorite nail place but everytime I get my eyebrows done they look great. The nails never look bad they just get a little rough with the cuticles when doing acrylics.

Ben and Donna are awesome. They have a fantastic establishment. My husband and I look forward to our pedicures. It is a nice bonus that they have coupons through ValPak mailers or online. They remember what services you get and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you!

This is after a week of wear and tear. When I 1st got them done they were alright. When they were putting the acrylic on my fingers were burning. It took them an hour to do these nails. I have been to many nail shops and this is the 1st one where it took an hour to do this type of nail. Every time I have gone Ive got them square and just regular nail polish. No bedazzle no gel nothing extra so I really do not see where it would take them this long to do a simple nail

I love this Salon! Ive been getting my nails done here as long as I can remember because they never fail me! Donna makes me laugh until my face hurts & Paulie is magic. Everyone & the atmosphere, every single time is extremely positive, uplifting and Ive never left there upset or in a bad mood because its just not possible! Additionally, its always spotless and there are plenty of people ready to help you!

The male tech cut several of my fingers with an emery board.. another male tech uses his thumb nail to go around the cuticles after a fill. His nails are sharp and it hurts. Both these people have done my nails so it wasnt a one time thing.

I made an appointment a week and a half ahead of time, asking for a specific nail tech. When I arrived all spots were full so I had to wait 30+ minutes even though I had an appointment. But that’s not what upsets me most. I showed the gentleman (who was not who I asked for over the phone) a photo of what I wanted done, and what I received was not of the same quality. Unfortunately will not be going back. On a positive note the staff was really nice and the place was clean.

First time in treated myself to both a mani/pedi, both technicians were so friendly & knew what they were doing. Very happy with end results!

Great place to get your nails done! Got what I wanted within an hour! I wanted something detailed but they couldn’t draw a snake on my nails but they improvised and I love moon and sun symbols so that’s what we did! They are the best!

It was okay. Technician really was not sociable. Messed up one of my toe and only half fixed it. May daughter has got her toes done it same time but paint came off within 3 days.

Definitely go to Paul! He knows what hes doing. I had someone else do mine because Paul wasnt there and while they still look amazing, they dont have his professional touch.I had Paul do mine for my wedding in October and they just looked so good I decided to keep them. I get so many compliments!!

They are so friendly and do very good work. Really pleased with my experience there and going back for sure.

Went with friend. End product had lots of jagged edges. Also tore up the skin around my nails with the electric file and didnt trim it up after. Didnt take care of hang nails or evenly trim nails. My friends hands were super dried out and rough after the chemicals. They didnt do her nails well or do lotion for all the dry out.

Got us in quick, awesome massage chairs! Tony and Amy did a great job! Will definitely go back.

The lady who did my manicure was doing that at the same time while someone else was doing my pedicure. No problem I have had nail techs do that before. What is a huge problem is that the shape of my nails are lop sided ! No lie! I brought this to her attention while she was filing my nails and she said one side of my fingers were fatter than the other! Oh my I about walked out at that point but the damage was already done

I broke a fingernail the next morning which was on a Sunday they were not open I left a voicemail to set an appointment to come and get it fixed normally I get it done for free they charged me $5 to fix the nail that broke the very next day I would not recommend going to them the quality of their nail products is not good enough for them to be charging for one broken nail, also it was very unprofessional the way that the Man rushed me out as if I was not just a customer paying with my money to get proper service from them, also they are not clean they have a bed where they wax your eyebrows I dont see them sanitizing it down with all of this covid going around it was absolutely a unpleasant visit there and I will not be back patronizing their business it was absolutely a unpleasant visit there and I will not be back patronizing their business

To say this was the riskiest pedicure I’ve ever had was an understatement. I’m still in the chair plotting to bleach my legs from the calf down. They didn’t use sanitized, in box (clean) metal tools on me .. instead I had to asked them to spray with alcohol. No thank you to the razor that the tech grabbed from another woman’s table (her skin flakes still attached!). I like having feet, ok so they won’t be smooth..I have an unexpected (just scheduled hours ago) medical procedure tomorrow is the only reason I’m here, that and it’s 730pm (all my normal places are closed).Never again! Hope I don’t get a rash or worse later from this clearly bad choice I’ve made! Gave a one star because had to be able to post this...Tip $0.00Advice: Health inspectors are real and they cite places like yours! 🗣🕵🏻‍♂️🤢 bleach here I come!

Love this place. The nail techs are always very sweet and kind. They really do great on the little details. I have went to many nail salons over the years. Many of the other nail salons hurt my nails or filed down too deep... terrible pain. Ive never had a problem here- with anything on that note. One time my gel didnt stick right, I walked in and they fixed it immediately.Once you start going for a while, they actually remember you. :) makes the experience even better. I feel like this place is also fair priced, well staffed and their hours are long. I honestly dont have a bad thing to say about Spring Nails. They are wonderful ♡

Filed them down to where I my nails were before and not to the length I asked and not close to the color and shape. They also cut all of my friends fingers. I also ask for Arceylics but he gave me tips.

Not a very good experience. The nail tech. cut my cuticles until they bled (two separate fingers, bled the entire time getting my nails done). The manicure equipment was not sterile as they were not wrapped in an autoclave wrap- huge problem. I had a basic manicure and polish, the polish broke off within 3 days. Very reasonable pricing and the nail tech. was nice but I was not happy with the outcome.

I would not suggest going here unless youre looking for a basic paint that wont last long. Oh, and if you let them know you arent happy with what you got, theyll just tell you that you shouldnt come back.

Ive been coming here for over a year and have not been disappointed. They work hard to get you in and out. Ive had manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and dip nails. All have been satisfactory. During peak times you might have to wait a bit but its worth it for a job well done. Highly recommend.

The young boy with the glasses always does an amazing job. I’ve only gone there twice, and he is always very nice, and is very good. This will always be my go to nail salon.

I got a dip manicure today. It turned out horrible. First the older man who did my nails was rough, made me bleed and ruined my real nails. None of my nails look remotely the same length, shape and thickness. My cuticles were covered up and he wasnt going to fix them unless I said something. Although I do like the salon as a whole. There are multiple talented people that work there but I am I am extremely unhappy and might discontinue going there. I would love to add a picture.

Went with a friend, we both had two nails break off in a matter of days. I got an off white color on my nails and they didn’t do the top coat like the first coat so you could see two layers of paint on all of my nails. My friend got diamonds on her nails and they fell off within 2-3 days. They started putting on my nails then went and did other people’s nails. Those people were there after me and they got there nails done while I sat there with the fake nails on for about 20 minutes. Multiple people worked on my nails. Won’t be going back

My daughter, mom and I mistakenly came here to get our nails done. While mom and daughter was getting theres done I was being passed up by people who came in behind me which gave me a chance to see how unclean this place is. I didnt see them wash one tool. Not for brows, not nails, nor feet. I said I didnt want to get my nails done but the moms asked me to. I asked for gel, like the stuff I just soaked and got off because no one cane back to me. she starts painting with polish. I stopped her and said I asked for gel. She oh so rudely said this is gel. Two paid on one ticket and tipped 5.00. the lady said we only tip one.. I said it was for the other guy, she was rude and passed me up a few times before I got my nails done after iBook my own stuff off. She tried to tell me to change my receipt. What? Seriously... this was last Saturday. Sunday I get a chip and my moms nails is messed up. Monday I have a broke nails and by Wednesday 3 nails are broken. I would not recommend...

Thank you spring nails! I had a wedding the previous weekend in Arkansas and the next day they chipped and broke. I went to spring nails and they were able to fix and match the color very well for only $10. Thank you so much!

This location service has went down hill in the last two years. Had been going for over 7 years here and now I will never go back due to health conditions n this store. Customer service is not priority at Spring nails. They speed threw you to get to the next customer. They barely clean the pedi feet bowls. They never change the towels on the chair to get eye brows trimmed. They use a shaver on your feet that is illegal and barley cleaned due to hidding it under there towels. They have broke a toe nail of mine being to ruff. And they treat u on how u tip.

Way over priced they didnt listen to what I wanted they completely did their own thing most likely wont go back I wanted just the tips of my natural nail painted with the pink/ clear coat over it was told if I used regular polish it wouldnt last long was talked into using gel polish and they ended up painting the whole nail after I said several times just the tips then when they did my toes I wanted just the white with clear coat they tried to use the gel I said no and they came out crooked when I told her she said no its not its just the way Im angled thats why it looks that way wont go back waste of money and time.

I went in today for the first time ever. The staff was quite busy but they fit me in wonderfully. I did a soak off of my dip powder and got a new one put back on. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star was because at the end the tech was using the nipper tool to get excess stuff off my nails and took a chunk out of my finger. Hurt pretty bad, I even jumped my hand back. But Im gonna come back again.

Got an ombre on my nails once there and there was just a line, no fading. They have always made my nails/toes bleed. They do have reasonable prices though. But dont recommend if you care about your nail care.

Thanks for being so sweet and caring about the tragic experience I had with Hollywood nails. Thanks for fixing there gawdy mistake they refused to fix. Kevin was so rude to me and had no respect for the fact they screwed up and tried to charge me for it. I am glad you will be taking my money from here on out! Thanks again ladies

I dont recommend this place. The lady did not speak to me and my nails are messed up. She did not file them right at all. She also did not paint them right you can still see the nail and theres dents all in my nails. She also didnt cut my nails underneath the fake nail so now you can almost see my real nails.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I just got a terrible manicure and pedicure. My nails are extremely short. I used to chew my fingernails and they look just like that. They are cut so short they are almost into the quick. They are ragged and uneven. What a waste of money the day before my sons wedding. I dont tip poor service and I do expect what I pay for. I do tip for good service and more for service above and beyond the norm.

Dont let the guy do your nails he puts them on crooked then when you say something has an attitude. The lady and her 2 daughters are really nice prices are kinda expensive. Felt like being watched the whole time and rushed they dont take there time. And it takes 2 people to do your nails.

They made time for me even though they were very busy and they did exactly what I asked for. This is a GREAT place! I got hombre dip this time and can’t wait to try chrome!!

I use to come here for Hannah who did amazing pedicures. Every time I got my nails done here it was subpar. Hannah unfortunately left but this was really all I knew in the area so I thought I’d give them another try. The young lady who did my pedicure didn’t massage my feet or calf’s but just rubbed them, very lazy like. She seemed like she wished to be anywhere but here. I get it, we’ve all had our days but this has often been my experience here. I got a manicure, just to tidy up my nails. A waste of $14.00, I could of just done it myself. My nails weren’t shaped much differently. I still had hang nails and my nails still needed some love. She maybe spent 10 minutes on me and moved on. I realize they ended up getting busy but unfortunately they lost a customer today. As a full time working mom, this is one of the few moments I have to run away and relax and spend my hard earned money. Perhaps that concept has been lost here.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. She initially didnt get the Polish off of my toe nails. She wasnt paying attention to my pedicure. She was talking to all the other women in her language. Im not sure I will come back. The woman owner wasnt here. IN FACT THE MORE I SIT HERE..I WONT BE BACK. IF I DO COME BACK I WILL CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEE WOMAN OWNER IS HERE. ANGRY

I highly recommend Amy for pedicures. She is wonderful if you have problems with ingrown toenails.

I went yesterday and both my middle fingers were clipped so bad I cant use them today with being in pain. I bled for hours after I left. I will NEVER go here again and would NEVER recommend this place!

I never have to wait long here and they seem to stay fairly busy, the staff is so friendly, my nails always look nice and its always the same group of people working so I have gotten to know them and really like going there.

The too coat they put on my French dip turned yellow. It looked like I smoked ten packs of cigarettes a day. The guy who did my nails was not personable at all which kind of surprised me because other staff actually communicated with their clients.

I love how Ben does my nails and the pedicure with the shoulder rub was amazing! High 5 to you all.

Great pedicures but nail rebase and manicures were not good. They dont take off gel that is lifting that causes fungus growth on the fingernails. Cant get the same person. Language barrier and inexperienced techs

Wedding is on May 16th and made my appointment six weeks in advance at 6p.m on May 15. Arrived at the salon at 6 p.m waited 30 minutes and asked the lady where is the guy who supposed to work on my nails? She said he is TOO BUSY!!! He is not here!!!!! Why didn’t you say that when I made my appointment or CALL ME( ATLEAST)!!!It’s not just regular appointment it’s my wedding day!!!!Terrible/horrible customer service!!!! If customer making an appointment you should be available!!!!Learned my lesson big time. So if you are planning big event please don’t use this place. They don’t care!!!!!NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
