I was really excited to go to this place because it’s so close to my house but sadly it was a disappointment. The older man who was doing my nails tried to pick them all off first, then when I was obviously in pain he decided to try the file them all the way down before soaking them in acetone. The top of my nails were so hot and I kept telling him that. After all that while doing my nails he would not give me my hand back so I could call my baby before he got too worked up. I left after that because I told him several times give me my hand give me my hand. I don’t recommend this place at all or if you do go to this place make sure you don’t get the older man he was so rough and I still have to go somewhere to get my nails finished. I was also never offered to buy a drink and I was quite disappointed in that brought my ID and everything just incase …

Great customer service! Very clean place. We went with a group of 3 to get our nails done, and only one of us was completely in love with their nails. It was the lavender tips ones. Otherwise too bulky for my taste. Even asked to file it down to make them thinner and it didn’t really make a difference.

Love the atmosphere, but took to long. I had a appointment at 9:30 didn’t leave until 1:00. I felt like guy that did my nails was rushing the polish is not filled in and it’s already coming off.

Staff was so kind and accommodating to walk ins. Were very professional yet fun and relatable to talk to. They were able to match pictures of what I wanted. The salon is clean and comfortable.

I have been going to the same nail salon in blue springs for many years. After multiple recent poor experiences, I decided to try out Beauty Nail Bar! I had the most wonderful experience! Honestly, this is the first time I’ve truly walked away loving my nails and feeling like I got a solid value for my money. The atmosphere at beauty nail bar was so much better than other places. My nail tech, Eric, was very friendly and talked to me throughout my time there. He did a “Pinterest worthy” job! Thank you so much for a fabulous experience! I’ll be back!

The pedi massage chairs are the best Ive experienced. Very clean and relaxed place.

They try to work you in when they can. Ive had several different girls... They have all been good. I drive 45 minutes each way to get there!!

I go here all the time. I really should ask for my 65. 00 Back. I don’t think they are gonna last a week. Really bad. The dip isn’t even. They are bumpy and after 12 hours are lifting. I’m really upset. The gal I use was busy. I hate asking and griping but 65.00 is a lot of money for what I got. Not real happy. Today someone asked me who the heck did those nails they look terrible. Yep. I cried. Oh well.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Great conversation with my tech, Taylor. It was a very clean establishment and she did a fantastic job on my dip manicure!

The place is very clean and beautiful inside. The staff is very friendly and extremely talented. It did take about an hour and a half to get a full set and a design but it was well worth it! Good area as well. You can even order an alcoholic drink while you get your nails done. The only thing i would say is book an appointment because they get very busy and do not have time for walk-ins usually.

After my horror story across the street with developing an infection from a pedicure at Chic Nails, I decided to try out Beauty Nail Bar. The atmosphere is nice, staff is very direct, to the point, and get me in and out! Some may think thats a negative, for me, I love it! They have gained a new loyal customer! Cant wait until I can have a pedicure again!

My nails not even two weeks later have completely broken off and chipped.

They were really nice and clean. But the quality of the gel polish after I got my pedicure was bad. After 1 day it was peeling off on only some of my toes… I didn’t even shower yet. I also got acrylic nails and they were crooked and are now chipping away after 5 days. Honestly not worth the 90.

Only place I go in town to get my nails done!!! They always do an amazing job on nails or toes! The drinks are really good too. My husband loves coming with me now, because he can set at the bar or have a drink while he gets a pedi too. Highly recommend if you want your nails to look good.

I went to this nail salon after recently moving to this area and was not impressed at all. The gentlemen who did my nails made them really thick and way to long. I even told him I wanted them shorter and he didn’t listen. Everyone there was super friendly and the salon was very nice and clean. They also have a big selection of colors. The lady that was doing nails next to me did a great job on the lady in that chair so some of them do do a good job.

I really liked the friendly atmosphere when I walked in and had a great person Bryan take care of me as it was first time! Loved the drink option and just everything about my experience!

I changed my review after looking for the lady that use to work there online. The owner took it upon herself to say she was fired. On Facebook. DO BETTER. it was nobodys business she was fired. Very unprofessional.

My sister and I made a 1pm appt for mani & pedi. They got us seated in a pedi chair and someone came over and started on me right away. My sister did not get any service until I was almost done and that left me sitting for an hour waiting for them to finish her. They were nice and the place seemed clean but they werent organized as to who was doing what on whom

First time going here and by far best full set i have ever gotten. The technician, Bryan, took his time making sure my nails are even. The place was getting busy and he was still very thorough.

I went to beauty nail bar with my mom, sister and neice today for the first time. We absolutely loved it!!! Heather made my pinterest nail dream come true!! She was so kind and patient about all the details with my nails! She did an amazing job!! I dont get my nails done often but I will without a doubt most definately go back to Heather when i do! It was a nice perk being able to have a glass of wine while getting my nails done too!!(:

Scheduled an appointment, accident on the highway and were 8 Minutes late. Completely unprofessional. We apologized for being late, as accidents occasionally happen and I am a professional so I do respect time. They were rude and essentially said that we would only make them run behind so I declined further service and took my money elsewhere. Luckily, there are many wonderful nail salons in Blue Springs..... With actual professionalism and general kindness, if that’s the kind of business you wish to support.

I understand they were running behind, but i ended up waiting 40 minutes after had booking an appointment in advance. Never received my drink until reminding my tech after the services were 95% over, and didn’t get the correct color I asked for. I asked for a specific number, an olive green and got a turquoise blue. I’m susceptible to ingrown toenails and without asking, the technician began ripping my toenails out of my skin and trimmed them into a point on the side so now I have another severe ingrown that is extremely painful and probably infected. The manicure went ok until my gel nails were sanded off with an obviously already used bit, it was very painful i’ve never had gel removed this way before. and then, instead of paining the sides of my nails he just trimmed and filed them off LOL! I just had a horrible experience and will never be back— I’m really sorry I cheated on my nail tech to come here! ☹️

I have never had my nails done so beautifully, I will not go anywhere else to get them done. If you a professional manicure with nice people look no further. Very specific, detailed and rather quick!

Got my first pedicure there and LOVED IT! This is the cleanest salon Ive ever encountered and will be the only place I trust with my pedicures.

Our group had a blast there, the employees were pretty friendly, the owners were great, the attention to sanitation detail was reassuring, the service was excellent, the shop was tasteful. The massage chairs were amazing, and the pedicure was nice. I was disappointed that my powder dip manicure didnt last seven days without cracking and chipping despite how careful I was with it. The other ladies manicures turned out great and lasted longer though. Pedicures and manicures for our group took about three hours, which seemed really long. Im from out of town, but if my group wanted to go again, I would probably skip, because I dont want to spend over $100 for services that might not last like they should.

I had a reservation for 7 for my bridal party and family and they did an amazing job seating us all together for the pedicures and getting us beverages. We were all so happy with our nails. Every technician knew what they were doing and was so helpful the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Rushed and very rude, like they couldn’t be bothered. My pedicure was subpar. My normal nail salon does much more for the same price. Didn’t even put a top coat on my toes. I got a dip French tip on my fingernails with the almond shape. Had to be redone because the shape was so poor and the French tip was beyond messy and uneven. I thankfully got them redone but both nail technicians were getting very upset with me for asking for the bare minimum. I’ve had these nails for less than a day and they’re already chipped.

Hands down best nail salon in the city of blue springs! So clean, so cute and trendy. The service was perfect and the techs are so talented. This is our new favorite shop! Xxoo

Got a nail package for the wife and teen daughter for Christmas. She got a very nice gel dip set and pedi and loved her treatment and cant wait to go back. The teen however couldnt stop giggling for about 2 hours. She was loving her nails and living her best life. The prices were reported as fair and service top quality. 10/10

Best pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone was very friendly and took time to care for our needs and are very thorough. I wanted a special design for my upcoming vacation and the owner did the artwork himself for me and my girls even though they were very busy. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Beautiful place and very sanitary.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive ever been to! They will serve you drinks while you get your nails done and they really make you feel like you are being pampered. The owners are pretty much always there and they are so sweet. I will never go anywhere else.

I have read their reviews several times. And the last two places I’ve been for Pedi’s were not to my liking at all. So I decided to try them. Made an appointment for 12:30 on Saturday. I loved this place. Sam is just as nice as she can be and very knowledgeable of her industry. Her husband Brian did my toe design... lovely! I just picked the colors I wanted and gave him free range. I will definitely be back. Let me explain ( 4 stars) that my only issue was that I had a 12:30 appointment and I didn’t get seated til a little after 1:00. I am assuming they’re possibly taking walk ins. Idk? Regardless, worth the wait. Best pedi I’ve had in years! Fabulous

I brought my girlfriend here for a birthday gift and her and I both got pedicures side by side and it was really nice! Full bar was a fun perk and the place was clean and staff was friendly and did great work. Thank you for giving us an awesome experience. I liked the design of the place too, very comfortable.

Overall a great experience! The quality of the pedicure was great! The only downfall was I told them upfront I wanted a design and I waited over 30 minutes after the polish for a different worker to come add a shamrock!

My go to duo is Bryan and Sam I absolutely love them they are patient friendly cater to needs and always assure that your comfort level is met I 100% recommend them only 2 I will go to.

Definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a longgg time. And I’ve tried so many places in Blue Springs. The salon is so clean and cute, and they have the BEST selection of nail polishes I’ve seen. The nail techs actually take their time on your nails, and the owners are friendly and clearly know how to run a nail salon. I’ll definitely be back!

Sarah and vu have the cleanest and best procedurally ran establishment I have ever seen on a salon. They are professional and know what to do. Great prices for the workmanship. You have to try it here at least once. Have a cocktail with your pedicure and chill!

Got my nails done on 12/31 and within 2 days multiple nails were chipped. Haven’t done anything I wouldn’t normally do. Got a normal manicure— and have gotten this at other places in blue springs and it has lasted longer. My Sally Hansen nail polish lasted longer than this. Spent 3 hours in total to get a pedicure and a manicure— other places have gotten me in and out within an hour even when they are busy. Girls who worked on me were nice, but between my nails chipping, how long it took, etc I will not be back. Even took the girl asking her co-worker 2-3 times to get my drink and they never even ID’d me!!

My mother in law booked my wedding party to have our nails and toes done here over the weekend! The service was fantastic, the people were friendly and attentive, the drinks were delicious, and all prices were what I was already used to payin . And my nails and toes look amazing foe my big day! Will definitely be back!

This was one of the worst pedicure/manicure of my life. Sadly. My roommate (who is a male) and I went to have a nail day. They butchered his nails, toes and fingers, and my fingernails were still dirty. They didn’t clean them up around the nail either. They didn’t even act like they were working on real people. It was terrible. Don’t spend your money here.

They are extremely overpriced. My best friend and I went to get a pedicure the day before I got induced for labor and mind you we paid extra for gel as I was in labor the gel polish came off my toes.Definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend sorry .

Beautiful salon and great service! I had basic pedicure but with shellac polish on the toes and the dip gel for my nails. Both look great! The mimosa was of course a nice touch, too! This will be my new go to!

I showed the tech what I wanted he started on them as he was painting them I noticed they really didnt look like what I had asked for but we had been there for ever(when we got in they said it was about a 30 min wait but we ended up there for 5 hours for two ped and two fills and color change!!!)and they were ok so I said that they would be fine but they were not within 3 days the white changed to yellow and the blue turned green one cracked the acrylic just came off. Ive always had my nails done and have never had this happenI thought I would go in and let them know of my problems before i just told everyone on here and give them a chance to make it right...lol guess it was a waste of time because he said nope its been to long Im not doing anything so BEWARE I WILL NOT GO BACK I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. IT IS SAD I DID LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE THERE😭😭Your response is unappreciated.FIRST OFF I DIDNT TRY NOT TO PAY. My favorite nail salon in blue springs!

Normally I go and get taken care of well. But this time I had a guy who more or less butchered my poor nails. None of them are the same length and they are not straight some have a curve. I didnt really notice until I left, and the polish kept falling off so he had to redue my nails over and over again, I just wanted to get out of there because it had taken so long. And I was more or less pushed out of my chair once he was done. Not ok with meEdit: I went back in today bc maybe it was an off day. To discuss getting my nails fixed perhaps. They took me in right away and fixed every single one of my nails (they look so fantastic). Im so very happy and pleased, they do care there and that place is so clean and simply amazing. I will definitely go back to them. Thank you guys so much for fixing my poor nails
