This place is completely ran down. None of the bays work at all. They should put up a closed sign. You can put money in but the hoses do not have water, just wasted $3 to find out nothing works.

This place is not clean and extremely run down. 1 wash bay was closed and another the floor drain was plugged the water was running out of the wash bay and into the parking lot. The change machines would not work and the light that would indicate that they were out of order was not on. So I had to use my card. The stop button on the card reader did not work and charged me for time I did not use and also charged me $12 that I didnt even use. The washer wand did not have the little plastic protector on it so if you were to accidentally touch your vehicle you would scratch the heck out of it. The wand also did not have consistent pressure. I will never come to this car wash again.

Great self-serve car wash but the guy who does ala carte detailing is awesome! I think his name is Dave Reynolds. Super guy who does great work!

I washed my engine. Took a couple minutes and I stopped the machine at $4. They took $12 out of my account! Not happy AT ALL! Whats the point in a stop button for your debit card if it doesnt stop it? Sure said it stopped when I pushed it. So I dont understand how my money tripled.

$2 for a mere 5 minutes of wash time. That is NOT enough time to have to wash everything by hand. Vacuums are an even bigger ripoff. Theres no suction. The vacuum couldnt even pick up a single sunflower kernel. DO NOT waste your time OR money coming here.

I like that this place is quite and affordable but every lot I go through there is something wrong. Either the foam brush doesnt work or the sprayer. Its unfortunate since I like going here because I feel safe compared to the ones I live closer too.

Nice and clean. Little pricey but it gets your car clean. Free vacuums is a nice amenity.

You charged me $12 for a 2 min car wash and then 2$ for a vacuum that didn’t work and when I went to ask for a refund you were no where to be found.Do not use your bank cards here folks.Also it’s not a clean place. They don’t answer the phones.I’ll be going to Ottos from now on.

Friendly and helpful workers. They keep it clean and are reasonably priced.

This place is great if you want your car detailed man does a wonderful job and got my car as clean as it was when I bought it I would recommend it to anyone thats wanting their car to look brand new either call first or go there between 9 am and 3pm to catch the guy and speak with him!!! Awesome place to go for sure!!!

Could be better. Too expensive. Washed my own car, wash, rinse, spot rinse and it cost me almost 9 bucks. Pretty ridiculous. However, good pressure in the hose and its long enough to reach every spot on your car.

TERRIBLE was. We spent $8.25 and did the self wash in bay 5. It looked like wax and dirt was rubbed all over it and dried. We went back for a refund, but the guy said he would wash it and we did not have time. He told us to call the number tomorrow in which I have now left 2 voice mails with no return calls. SHADY.

The automatic car wash gets your car wet with colorful foam and thats about it. It may have taken a speck or two of dirt off but my car looks exactly the same after as it did before. $12 completely wasted.

Just functional enough to take your money.... barely. Vacuum nozzle fell off and couldnt reattach. Used all my quarters in the first wash stall where the spray nozzle on the wand leaked (poured) soap out at the hand grip. Moved to another stall to rinse. Machine in that stall wouldnt take my debit card no matter how I swiped. Couldnt even read the messages out was flashing bc too many bulbs burnt out. Scrounged up 3 dollar bills, both change machines out of service. Left with soap on my car and had to finish at another car wash. Worst experience ever this is the only Google review Ive ever been irritated enough to write.

What a scam 2 dollars to start wash selector knob was very wonky. Who knows what setting i was using. But did not matter nothing came out but water. I wash my car every week so not alot of not dirty build up. The pressure at this rip joint did not even take the dirty from the windows..!!!. This palce is scam and the city should take a look at its practices..!

Took my car to the auto wash paid for most expensive one and my windshield is still completely filthy. was very disappointed

Terrible job on our Chrysler 200. Husband brought the car in for a full detail. The residue left behind from whatever Camelot used looks like they took a bucket of the stuff and poured it over the dashboard, door, everything. We are going to have to re-clean it ourselves or pay someone big bucks to fix the mess. If I could give this place less than one star I would.

I didn’t have any cash on me so I decided to use the credit card reader that clearly says to press stop to end the wash. After about 4 min I had racked up about a 4 dollar charge. I checked my bank and they charged me 12 bucks. I literally have nothing else to say about them, other than don’t go here unless you wanna be scammed of your money. 👍🏽

Just spent 8 bucks and my cars not even vacuumed. You would think being one of the few car washes still charging for vacuums they would work. Literally they are the only part of the Carwash that doesnt suck. Filthy bays almost no lighting. Not to mention they got the balls too charge 2 dollars for 5 mins

Spilled tequila in my car and it smelled terrible. They got the smell out in 30 minutes and were very friendly. Ill definitely come back next time I need my car shampooed.

Ive been here once before wash was ok. Kinda pricey. Vacuum was terrible. I spent 12.00. THIS TIME THOUGH...... there was no soap in the brush, my car was super dirty and wet and smeared already so I kept on going. By the time I got to the soap to rinse it was SUPER smeared. I had to use the brush again. The cc cut me off. I re did my card...ughhhh. Stopped at 3 something the second time. Car still isnt clean. I called the bank and they charged me 12.00 twice. Im gonna call and maybe go by on Monday for a refund. I really like to help the little guy but you have to have the products we need at a reasonable rate and not OVER CHARGE. we will see......

Close to me. Worse car wash 😫 around. No soap just sprayed water. No wax just sprayed water and I paid $9 for Auto wash. Not worth it.

Self wash, very little soap —- wax was propblay water car didn’t get clean. Doubt the spot free option worked didn’t put any more in besides the two dollars to start it.

I pulled up to try and wash my truck but low pressure from the trigger did nothing to clean my truck. Used to come here all the time but raising prices for sub par wash will have me going elsewhere.

Spent $11 washing my car bc the pressure was so low it took longer. Total scam. Also sounded like the building was gonna collapse on me every time i moved the hose. I used to go to this wash a lot. Its gone way down hill.

I like the payment method used for the self wash service. Just swipe your card so when youre done, youre done. No running back to deposit more quarters after hearing the obnoxious beeping when you were JUST almost finishing rinsing.

Worst carwash ever time didnt display stickers werent accurate on wash car still dirty, tried to get a towel to wipe water off car paid the 75 cents and no towel came out definatley not paying 1.00 to vacuum car, vacuum probably doesnt even work

This place says insert your card to pay and then press stop when your done. I swiped my card and both times it says it declined and to go see the person inside. I just SAW 3 pple walk out of there. Then before I leave it took ALL the money off my card and they locked the doors so I couldnt go in to get my money back. DONT GO HERE

One vaccuum cleaner had virtually no suction. I tried another and the hose fell off. Obviously in disrepair. I will not go back.

I didnt wash my car. Just used it as shelter from the storms.

The message was very hard to read, but I do know it said my card would be charged $4 and some change. Today checking my CC bill, they charged me $12. Theyre not spending money that money on soap, thats for sure. That was my last visit.

The car wash is somewhat expensive, but it is very clean and well taken care of.

Just went to this car wash and used a card because the change machine wouldn’t work-the sprayer just kept pulsing-no pressure at all similar to a hose with your finger over the nozzle-so I went to push stop so it would stop charging me and it charged $4.28 for 3 minutes and 33 seconds-ridiculous-don’t go here period

The guys here seem a little standoffish and stuck up to be quite frank.
