I have been using them for over ten years. Why fix whats not broken? Also I like the Peace of Mind option, and that they can do local taxes and direct deposit

The computers were not working, had to stay an hour after my appointment to sign my paperwork. Everything had to be printed out. My husband had to sign a power of attorney so he could leave to get our kids to their sports and dinner, which I missed dinner and almost seeing my kids. Also $463 is alot for an hour and a half, especially after I sat for an hour after I was done because of the computer system.

We know our tax consultant very well and we know he will do the best for us.
