0 stars if I could Didn’t contact me for over two years after signing up. Called them because I was notified a payment was sent to me the one s somebody asked was told let me check and see if your even still a client. They make you sign up to have any payments go to them which I get. But they don’t return calls or emails. They have a payment sent to them for my account and I haven’t gotten it or a return call or email. Even though they didn’t do anything to collect said payment I’m sure if I ever get it they will take their %. Even after not having collected the payment. Do not recommend!!!!

I emailed This agency because I have had custody of my child for three years who ran away from a drug dealers home. This is an intrastate case involving new Mexico and Tennessee and for thirteen years neither state wants to help so they want me to pay child support to the other parent in New Mexico while the child has resided with me for the last three years. Title 41d is the driving factor for this whole system and it has nothing to do with the best interest of the child. I have had to raise my son in a mobile home while two states try to cripple me with attorney fees and court cost.suspended drivers licenses and frozen bank accounts along with suspended passports..all while Im trying to clothe and feed a minor child

When youve tried everything to get a deadbeat father to pay support for 3 children. ..and the government let you down and your attorney even tells you, Sorry, but its a Mans World, honey. ( his exact words)--you know you dont have a chance. UNTIL someone tells you about National Child Support. My ex had money and even owned a factory...hid assets in his 3rd wifes name. NCS was after him for YEARS. THEY NEVER GAVE UP. He tried every trick in the book...even moving to all-my-exs-live-in Texas state (mans world state). We won in court but he had his connections. Jim Durham always kept me informed (the guy is a Saint ). Finally, a couple of months ago I started to receive payments when my ex-husband applied for Social Security. They helped me when everyone else let me down.

I have been a client since 2014 and they helped me in the past I never would have thought I was sent a check from the disbursement unit of the amount a thousand dollars I can see it from the website Im not stupid and my email and I can call and verify with the Court and disbursement unit these thieving people sent me a 100 dollar check saying that was all I had I will never trust these people again I had my trust and I dont trust too many people but Im sitting here with all the information and where it was sent and amount Im gonna take action too this company will fail being dishonest and stealing money from an innocent person I could never do that to anyone. God will handle it too.

If I could give them a negative score I would. They NEVER return calls, or emails. They want 34% of the monies they collect. They know you are in a situation and need help so they just ignore you. This is NOT the kind of company that cares about helping you, run ...dont walk run away from them.
