Our office is located in Columbus and we rented a conference room to meet with our clients in the Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern KY area. Sadie was a joy to work with and immediately responded to any questions I had, and I had a lot! ;) The room was the perfect size for what we needed, had Wi-Fi included, and was definitely more affordable than renting a conference room in a hotel. Were very happy with our experience and will definitely be using it several times a year!

This place is terrific. My company rents meeting space weekly. The space is sizable, furnished to meet our needs, and has free wireless. Our experience has been so positive that we plan to lease an office space in the upcoming year!

Easy to register and get a space. Space was clean and very quiet and had all the necessary workspaces. I am likely to return soon when I need an office space to engage consultants or simply get away from the distracting regular office.

I was asked to be in the Autumn Vendor sale in November, it was a wonderful experience, the employees who put the event together were helpful, professional and you knew they enjoy what they do at their workplace. I hope I’m asked again to be part of an event at cmc.

I usually work from home but I find I am constantly being distracted. I was in the area meeting a friend for lunch and planned on spending time sitting in a Starbucks or Panera to get some work done afterwards. I stumbled onto CMC - Perfect Small Office Blue Ash and I called them up. They quickly got me into a private room and I was impressed. I was distraction free and I actually got a lot of work done. The office staff was super friendly and helpful.

CMC properties is great! It is the perfect location, all the employees are great, I love the environment!

I only gave this location 3 stars because I was happy with the property under the previous manager. With how things are now I would rate this location a 1 star. I currently rent a suite at the CMC office center. I have been here for a year with little to no issues. The previous property manager was pleasant and was attentive and made you feel like they cared. With his departure, the pleasantries have ended. I am currently having air conditioner issues in my suite. It has been in from 75-82 degrees in my room. With my business it requires me to have the room at a certain tempature. I was told a maintenance person was out of town. When I contacted the current manager I was told I was “on the list” and she “would let me know” when I asked for an eta. I came in the next day after putting my clients on hold and it seemed like it was fixed but then by the afternoon my clients were hot and uncomfortable. Today when I contacted the front office I was told to just move my clients to next week. This is not an option when the weekend is my busiest time. I told the offfice I would be contacting an attorney to see what my options were. I was then told not to threaten her directly and very smugly told me to look at my lease. I told her to what she had to do as a business and I will do what I have to as an owner..... starting with this honest review.

Only been a tenant for a few months but no complaints here. Melissa was great to work with too.

The LDR Interactive office has been in the CMC complex for many years. They have been great! The CMC Maintenance staff is in house, and take wonderful care of the buildings. The Office Management staff support their tenants with special events, and marketing options. I often recommend this complex to other business owners. :) :)
