A complete and total scam, do NOT even try to “work” here. It’s an MLM/Pyramid scheme to the T. They target college/Highschool kids for a reason. The good reviews are fake as all hell, they have disgusting business practices and are very predatory, look at their list of lawsuits on their wiki.

I worked for Vector throughout my 4 years of college and to say it provided me with amazing work experience feels like an understatement. I was able to just work during summer and winter break and earn enough money for my entire school year. The schedule was completely in my control...I didnt have to reach out to my manager before I came home to see if there were open shifts, I just showed up and started working again. On top of that, the support system throughout the company is incredible. My closest friends and mentors have come from this company and still continue to have my best interest and lead me in the right direction. The Vector Cincinnati office is an awesome place to work and I highly recommend it.

Vector is an amazing place to work. I have been here for over 6 months now and have never seen evidence of foul play in the company. The managers are amazing and supportive. The product sells itself so the job is not too difficult. I love working for and being a part of the Vector family because of the personal, professional, and financial growth that Ive experienced during my time with the company.

Started a year ago and couldnt be happier. Great team atmosphere with a friendly, yet competitive feel. Schedules are super flexible and the managers are super understanding and easy to talk to. Along with that the pay is extremely rewarding and hard to beat!

Vector is the absolute perfect place for a college student. You get great pay, super flexible hours and its a great resume builder to set you apart from your peers. All of the reviews are fake, they are the management of the company and have to write those. I worked here for about a week. One of the nastiest, grossest, scammiest, fakest (I could go on) places you could ever join, DO NOT APPLY. To start, I was recruited by a person handing out flyers. I then eagerly contacted them, and was responded by an automated message saying that they are quite busy and may not have a time for me, wrong. For the interview, the girl could not have been more fake and said the same thing to both me and my friend word-by-word. Including acting like they care. For training, they treat you like a child and make sure they know absolutely every aspect of what you will do. But claim to hire the best and most determined employees. Haha, no. That could be farther from the truth. They hire impressionable and naive individuals who will stand their scam-like behavior and not say anything. They coddle you and wont let you move a flinch without Hayley Madden questioning you and asking you stupid questions. They pride themselves on flexibility by saying, dont worry, you can do 3 appointments one week, and more the next. WRONG again, they will call you during your college/high school classes and check up to see if you are making money and doing what they asked. Not to mention, flexibility went out the door when they told us we had a mandatory 4-hour meeting the DAY BEFORE and gave me and my friend no warning whatsoever. They DO lie and deceive as they come up with a whole script to 1. ask your friends to give you their parents number (but in the most sly/slimy way ever) and 2. they say its no pressure for the people to buy, but when YOU personally dont make sales, well, good luck. Long story short, this is the most scam-y thing ever. Cutco themselves, great products. The people there,you will be pulling your hair out after every meeting because you signed up for this wretched job. My advice would to go find an actual job :)
