Scam of a company. Be prepared for them to take your product to a random warehouse and hold it hostage. Avoid them at all costs!! They want your $$. This is a Ray Hamilton company. If you make the mistake of dealing with them or Ray Hamilton Co (MC- 040326) be sure to speak with Jay Wallis. He is the owner of Ray Hamilton and a real joy. Check out reviews online for both companies including their own employees on Glassdoor for further proof that these guys could care less about how they handle business. Please dont fall into their trap lest you waste days and money dealing with their unprofessional approach to business.

I was going to book a truckload from Denver to Spartanburg, SC with this carrier, but saw some negative performance reports on Carrier 411 and Internet Truckstop. I spoke with one of their VPs named Tony. He explained that they had 50 trucks and had some issues, but that I could trust him to take care of my shipment. They performed flawlessly. Picked up on time, stayed in contact all weekend, and delivered early! I would definitely use again.

Beware! These guys are scam artists. They will hold you loads hostage. They will tell you what you want to hear and then promptly not deliver and leave you trying to keep your customers.

Contracted them for 20ft of trailer. They were a no show the date of pickup, however, their dispatcher told us they were loaded. The driver did show up the following day but only had 6ft of space left on his trailer. They did not even apologize for the service failure. These guys are scum. They knew they couldnt do the job we contracted them for and rather than just tell us so we could find someone else they wasted 48hrs of our time. Leaving us without a truck on a Friday morning for a shipment that was supposed to be moving Thursday. I will never understand how awful companies like this just continue to operate and thrive in what is supposed to be an extremely competitive industry. Clearly there is NOT enough competition in the asset based trucking market because issues like this are not that uncommon and these awful carriers continue to stay in business. This company is Specialized Logistics Services specialty is being terrible. Really, not even an apology for leaving us high and dry?!?!

We did a load for them from denver to chicago, load was delivered monday as scheduled and bill of lading was signed. four days later they come up with excuse that truck hit building. Why was bill of lading signed with no issues? Stay away from this sylectus company. Bad Actors. Remember, measure for measure, when you cheat people, you will lose in the end.
