Responded to my call, came to house and worked on mower and I was not aware they were even here. Had some issues to which they to which they professionally responded. Will use again.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. They take the lead in scheduling and they come to you. All you have to do is leave your mower out and they take care of the rest. No hassles of loading your mower into your trunk and taking it to a service that may or may not have it back for you in time for the first mow. Its all seamless and professional. Highly recommend.
They came and serviced my large walk behind mower at my home. They arrived on-time, were professional and fully explained everything they did. The price was very reasonable and considering the fact that I did not have to pay a pick-up or delivery fee it was a true bargain. I will gladly use Mower Mobile Maintenance again.

I had the opportunity to use this service at the beginning of Spring and my mower now runs better than they day I first purchased it. They performed all the necessary maintenance checks and also cleaned my mower to make it look brand new. They were easy to contact and schedule an appointment and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I plan to use them again and highly recommend.
I am starting at 1 star rather than my usual 5. We were scheduled for on site maintenance last Saturday 4/3, but they called to say the tech was ill and asked if they could pick it up and bring it back on Monday 4/5. My husband agreed and said we need it back by Wednesday 4/7 at the latest. They picked it up as promised but it is now Friday 4/9 at 10:30 am and we still do not have our mower returned. My husband called yesterday 4/8 to find out the status since it was promised for a Monday 4/5 return and the person with whom he spoke said she would check and get back to him. Nothing. He calls just now on Friday 4/9 10:15 am and gets voicemail. He has left a message but is now headed up there in person to get answers. We are selling our home and have pictures and showings tomorrow. This is an extreme inconvenience and very unprofessional. At this point, we just want our mower returned even if they didn’t perform the maintenance so we can mow the lawn for our listing pictures and showings. If we are able to resolve this issue satisfactorily, I will return to change my rating. For now, our first experience is not good and warrants at most a 1-star rating.UPDATE 4/9 11:30 am I spoke with Alicia seeking clarification on what she told my husband about the delay- they didn’t have the filter type needed for our zero-turn mower in stock and it had to be ordered. This was confusing to me because a tech was supposed to do the maintenance on Saturday, so wouldn’t she/he/they have it with them for the service at our home that day? Alicia said that they try to keep as many varieties of filters in stock but sometimes communication breaks down between the mechanics and the office for ordering (this was also the same explanation she gave my husband as to why the mower wasn’t done on time as promised- communication breakdown between mechanics and no communication to us about why things were delayed- see a pattern here?). I ask Alicia what would the tech have done then if the filter wasn’t available when he was on site as scheduled at our home? Alicia’s Response: probably drive to a nearby hardware store to get the needed filter. Me: so then why wasn’t that the same way this issue was resolved and someone at your business drove somewhere to get the needed filter? Alicia: (something again about communication breakdowns..). I have to say Alicia was very nice and apologetic, but I pointed out to her that a simple step in their process of verifying the make/model of each mower when scheduled and then verifying that you have the required parts for maintenance in stock would not only prevent negative customer impressions but also save time/money of techs running around getting parts that should be on their truck or in the shop in the first place. (BTW, my husband says he thinks he was asked for the make and model when he scheduled the appointment so if that’s true, then they really do have some business practice improvements to make in this area). We will see if our mower is delivered tomorrow as promised (again). Review stands at 1 star for now until I can access quality of the maintenance performed and delivery. Advice: if you still choose to use this company, call well ahead of your appointment to verify they have the parts needed for your maintenance. Repairs are harder to be prepared for though.
I would highly recommend this company / service to anyone that cuts their own grass. In the past I would walk my lawn mower to a store or person that would perform maintenance on my mower. The convenience of having some one come to my house without having to be there for approximately the same price is what puts this company above their competitors. The mower always runs well in the spring after being serviced by them.

We have used Mower Mobile Maintenance (MMM) for the last 3-4 years. Now that we only have sedans, no more hauling stinky equipment to a mower shop for maintenance. All we have to do is make an easy call (they always pickup...a real person!), make an easy appointment, and MMM always has come to the house on the date promised. Another plus; we dont have to be at home. We leave our mower and snow blower on our covered porch, the technicians park their truck and mobile shop on the street where they work on our equipment, then the technician leaves any old parts in a baggy tied to the handle, back on our covered porch.Then the invoice comes in our email only after they have contacted us to be sure were happy. Can it be any simpler? We found out about them one day as we were driving down our street. They were parked outside of a neighbors house. We got the phone number from the side of the mobile shop.

I was impressed with the way they handled social distancing as a company. I set my mower outside, the gentleman came and got it, he sharpened the blades changed the spark plug and filter,cleaned ot up and put it back in my spot. It cost me less to have them come to my house and service my mower than for me to take it somewhere. Thank you!! I will use them again
I had initially wanted to go to the place I had purchased my mower for service, but they had merged with another company farther away, so I figured Id give these folks a shot since they were very close. Communication was excellent, everyone I talked to was very friendly, and they picked up/dropped off the mower without issue. Best of all, it was much cheaper than I had anticipated, and the turnaround was about a week which was shorter than I expected. Thanks for a great job, mower is still going strong!
I have used this company for more than 20 years. Mowers and tractors need regular maintenance and they have always done a great job. Recently needed my riding mowers carburetor worked on. They picked up the tractor on Monday and returned it Thursday morning and it runs like new. They are responsive, honest and really convenient.
I hadn’t used my mower in over a year and it wasn’t starting. Mower Mobile Maintenance came with their mobile service station and fixed it right up! No problem! It works great, they even cleaned it up so it looks great too! So convenient and affordable, definitely recommend!
Actual work done was satisfactory. I was disappointed with lack of communication (didnt respond to email after service completed) and that they charged me to change my air filter and spark plugs despite being told that they were new this season. They served their purpose for my needs this year but I wont be a repeat customer.
We had a great experience. They came out and tuned up our riding mower from soup to nuts - filters, oil, blade shapening, and clean up. It was so much more convenient than getting our mower into the shop, a fair price, and friendly technicians.They have a few weeks backlog in the busy season, so call them early, but theyre worth it!
More mobile maintenance was a wonderful experience the gentleman that worked on my lawn mower bike was a very friendly took care of what needed to be done very efficient knowledgeable the excellent job honest is there and I was certainly highly recommend more mobile maintenance for work on mowers and I just wanted to thank them for the work they did on mine Im up and mowing again great job thanks guys!
Had a tricky electrical issue the technician was able to figure out. Could improve communication, I called day before to confirm and they were 2 hrs late with no call. I would use them again, w/o a doubt.

Used them last year & using them again this year. Fast, efficient service for tune ups at the convenience of our home for a reasonable price. What more is there? I have no experience on repairs with them but would highly recommend their tune up & sharpening services.

So I called this company last week with a couple problems with my riding lawn mower. My battery had issues and my belt kept coming. Technician came out Tuesday about 5 days after the initial call including the weekend. So the technician comes out and checks my mower replaces the battery and tells my wife it is good to go to mow but will need a new spindle but should still cut the grass. Get home from work (wed 7/30/19) turn on the mower started right up then tried to turn on the blades and my belt popped off. So at this point I paid 160 bucks for the technician to change a battery.... and wanted to change me another 160 bucks to put a new spindle and belt on.In the end I would not use this company too much he said she said type of businesses. If it was a true lawn maintenance company they wouldve had the part on hand. And they are super pricey. At almost 300 bucks I couldve gone out and got a mower.

Hired this company to repair a walk behind mower (2yrs old) and a riding mower (3 yrs old). Upon receiving a bill for $488, I went to make sure both mowers were repaired. The walk-behind was fine. The riding mower was not. I called and asked them to take another look at the riding mower and reiterated that I needed it to be in good working condition. They came back out and determined that all it needed was a battery, but that they dont replace batteries. So all I got for $488 was one operable walk-behind mower. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOUR MONEY WILL BE BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE.
This is my 1st season using Mower Mobile Maintenance and I am extremely pleased with their work! Gavin (owner) personally worked on our walk-behind performing a 16 pt maintenance and more: sharpened & repaired a heavy gouge on blade, replaced spark plug & air filter, adjusted self propel, balanced, replaced start cord and cleaned the entire mower! Extremely fair pricing. Very professional and kind business!
This company always does a good job on my push and riding mower, which run good every summer. Im especially appreciative that they come to my house for maintenance, cleaning and repairs. The guys are prompt and friendly. Ill continue to do business with them.
WORST DO NOT USE! Their tech came out and must have lifted the hood from our newly purchased used John Deere LT 160 and let it drop to the floor because the larger hood is completely cracked off now-The tech then tried to hide what he had done- because he never called me- he just pushed it into the corner of the garage facing AWAY from us Not only that but once he cracked the top larger hood off he proceeded to either step on it or smash the hood somehow. He just pushed our mower back inside the garage facing the wall in the corner and put the broken pieces the size of a coffee saucer on the deck!!When my son and I went to push it out- away from the wall - where he had tried to hide what hed done- we noticed the ruined hood- I told the owner who immediately denied any wrong doing despite we have pictures before and after- and at least 3 witnesses from the previous owner a neighbors landscaper and another mower service!! The John Deere LT 160 has 2 hoods that have to be replaced 1 is 100.00 and the other is $250. The owner offered 100.00 they need to replace the hoods which is bad business- we live on a very busy street in Montgomery and he could have really gotten some good business from our happiness - he chose to take advantage of a widow- with a special needs son I will tell everyone DO NOT USE MOBILE MOWER MAINTENANCE- they dont care if their techs break your mower!UPDATE: There are 2 parts to this model hood. The top hood is now completely cracked off and the replacement is $250 and the lower has pieces the size of a coffee saucer cracked (which the tech left on the deck- when he pushed the mower into the corner) so the lower deck costs $100 to replace also the total for both hoods is $350.He has never said he would replace them only to split the cost.The wind was never involved in catching the hood and it was always attached to the mower.This is my Google name because I dont use google so yes I have posted his bad service on Angies list, and YELP!The fact remains the hoods were not broken when their tech came and they are shattered and broken off now.The total to replace it is over $350.00 He can look up the parts himself and offer to put them on for us.

Called to have service done on my poulan mower and was told I would receive a call back sometime before weeks end to schedule an appointment. Did not hear back, then called the following Monday to be told I was on the schedule for the following Saturday. Great, but it would have been absolutely lovely to have scheduled a date instead of having one picked out for me.They came, did the repairs and left without talking to us.. ok. Fine. Sure.The next day later I go to pull the lawnmower out to mow the lawn and it doesnt work. It didnt need repairs at all, just maintenance. Now, it wont start at all and the cord to start it will not retract back in. They are closed today, of course, and left a message to call me back. I guess I will see if they actually *do* call me back tomorrow.Update: the owner called me the next day and came out to investigate himself. Lawnmower is back up and running.
