Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry has been one of the greatest healthcare experiences for our family. We have been with them since both of my daughters first appointments as infants. Both Dr. Dock and Dr. Rudolph are amazing with the girls. The clinical staff of Kathy and Emily have been with us the entire time and the girls have developed that familiarity and comfort with them on our visits. Everyone in this office is professional and so kind. They are amazing with my son who has some significant sensory sensitivities. They meet him where he is and work to expand his comfort zone to clean his teeth. That is no easy feat!

So my husband and I are both laid off temporarily due to covid and my daughter was having pain in her teeth. She needed a tooth pulled and a crown on another tooth. This place worked her in the very next morning and even helped us keep the cost down. This place saved us today. Im so grateful for the staff and the doctor! The doctor was super fast and my daughter did great with it all. I was in the room with her the whole time. Oh and have to mention the office, its really nice and they have all the bells and whistles. TVs above the dental chairs and cool lights. They have it all! Highly recommend them!!

I cant say enough about this practice! I happily drive a half hour out of my way because the experience every time is top notch. Its very clean, organized, and the staff and dentists are so very cheerful. My 5 year old daughter told me yesterday she absolutely LOVES going to the dentist. She even went so far as to compare it to Coney Island and this is a child who had a tooth extraction at a very young age and should be terrified of dental work. Id highly recommend it to anyone seeking a dental practice for their child. You wont be disappointed!

Be careful with billing department, they dont process the insurance on time and after an year they come back and say that insurance declined because my child is no longer eligible for pediatric care (He was 10 at that time). Doesnt the practice know in advance the age limits? Finally, they sent a latter to my old address and by that time the address forward was removed. Finally, it was ended up with collections. Just for $165, unnecessary spending time to resolve this issue. I request billing team to be proactive on addressing these kind of issues.

I took my son to his first dentist appointment and let me tell you how amazing this office is! From Zach who scheduled the appointment for me who was super friendly-probably, to Kathy the hygienist who took the time to explain everything to my son and made him feel comfortable-and Dr.Rudolph who took the time to answer any and all questions I had. This was one of the best medical experiences we have ever had!

We had a great experience at this dentist, the staff is wonderful. It was my toddlers first time going and they spent a lot of time showing all the tools to her and explained everything they were going to do. I was very impressed with how they dealt with her. Shes even excited to go back the next time! Also I the office was very nice and clean, I would definitely recommend them!

We just moved to Cincinnati and chose this office based on the great reviews and location close to where we live. This was absolutely the best experience we have had with the dentist. Dr. Rudolph and the whole team were fantastic. All 3 of my kids left happy and excited to come back, and they had us in and out quickly, especially for 3 appointments at one time. Thank you for making a new dentist visit so wonderful for my kids!

Awesome place to take your kids. I went to this office when I was little and now I take my kids there. Super friendly family atmosphere. Hands down the best office I could ever go to. They work with them very young to make the kids feel comfortable and the service dog Oliver makes it even better for the kids. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!

You will not find a better, more compassionate dentist for your kids than Dr. Rudolph. She has gone above and beyond to help my children and their teeth. I’m blown away by her and this practice!

This place is amazing. My daughter was so nervous and Dr Dock convinced her to let him examine her teeth. They are so experienced and know a variety of techniques to help calm children. I will definitely be coming back!

Our 2 year old went for his first check up and everyone called him by his name. Personal and professional! Dr. Dock showed Paul the little mirror and let him look at his reflection before gently putting it in his mouth. They him let him pick out a toothbrush, not just give him one. At this age to let the child have autonomy really can make a great dentist visit!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my son for his first time cleaning. Everyone went above and beyond to make him comfortable. Highly recommend!!

My girls have been coming here for about 3 years. We drive from Hamilton because it is the best pediatric dentist. My girls love going to the dentist. Dr Dock and staff make the kids feel at ease. Wonderful experience. Dr. Dock performed a tongue and lip tie procedure on my 4 month old. It was quick and easy. He walked us through the whole thing and his staff were extremely kind and caring.

Dr. Dock, Oliver and the whole staff are amazing!! I teared up while seeing/hearing how Dr. Dock talked to my son during his extraction. He is so compationate, honest and caring! It sometimes can be challenging to find compassionate doctors/dentist that you trust for your children, and I am so pleased to have found it!! I would recommend this office.

Very disappointed in this office over the last several years. Doing services that were unnecessary and insurance doesnt cover leaving my daughter to pay out of pocket before she left. Second time this happened. Will definitely not return.

Dr. Dock and his staff are amazing! They have so much patience with my children and just put my kids (and myself) at ease. I have a child with special needs and hands down this has been the best experience we have ever had at a dentist! The staff is pleasant, they are timely, but most important they do an excellent job while being kind and fun with my kids.

My son has high anxiety and gag reflex issues - has never been able to even get proper xrays. Its always been stressful for both my son and me as a result. Our first visit today was the best my sons ever had. Dr. Dock and staff were reassuring, friendly and took their time with my son. They were even able to get my son xrays! I appreciated that Dr. Dock and our kind hygienist were great listeners and explained all aspects of their recommended treatment plan - answering my questions along the way. Facilities are clean and modern. From initial appointment setting to followup, their front desk staff was also so helpful and pleasant. Thanks again - well see you soon!

We absolutely love Dr. Rudolph. She does Frenectomies once a week, and did an excellent job with my son. For those of you with babies with tongue and lip ties, Id highly recommend their capable hands. The consultation is free, so if you are not sure, Id urge you to make an appointment regardless.

Excellent service, limited wait, awesome staffMy daughter (almost 6) has had 5 appointments in the last few months and all went very well - she said it did not hurt and she was not stressed at all before goingMy son (2,5) had his first appointment yesterday. He was worried after a recent bad experience at the doctor but Dr Dock has been extremely gentle and patient and my son remained calm through the examination. He left the office repeating nice doctor several times.The hygienist was also very nice and introduced him in a comprehensive and hands-on way to the world of dentistry instruments and exams.

Ive been going to the same pediatric dentistry office since I was a little boy. Dr. Golub used to be my dentist and is still a good friend. Now, Im a college student and continue to go back to the same pediatric dentistry office now operated by Dr. Dock. The service has been amazing each visit and I am always in and out in under an hour. No complaints ever.

Dr. Dock is great with my boys ages 6, 4 and 2. He has a gentle, friendly approach which make them all feel at ease. Staff is very friendly too!

Such a great experience....I have a 2yr old and a 3yr old and my 3yr old has had 4 surgery throughout his life so Dr offices arent his favorite place. Today was the easiest and most fun doctors appt Ive ever been to with both kids! My kids didnt actually want to leave...thank u to all the staff...especially Kathy their hygenist who showed them step by step everything that was going to happen...and thanks to Dr Dock as well who was fantastic with them!!! Cant wait to continue to see this office throughout my kids lives!!

I’ve been taking my daughter to Dr Callen since she was just three or four years old. Dr Callen was an exceptional choice then and is now. She has needed to pull teeth, fill cavities and recommend braces and did it all with precision, gentleness and, yes, I think LOVE! Our daughter’s teeth were not in the best condition at the time probably due to poor prenatal nutrition (she was adopted). But, because of the care and attention she received from Dr Callen, she’s now a teenager with beautiful strong and healthy teeth — as well as a “knock out” gorgeous smile. I highly recommend Dr Callen to anyone looking for an outstanding pediatric dentist.

Vera had a dentist appointment today with dr dock. All of the hygienists and dr dock are saints, they are so amazing and patient and I dont think I could ask for a better dentist for my kids. Vera usually has some anxiety about getting her teeth cleaned, but everyone at this office is so kind and patient. She was very pleased with her experience at the dentist today. My insurance pays for two free cleanings per year and they charged my insurance which paid $119 for the cleaning. Then they said they had the right to charge additional above that according to their fee schedule too. So I ended up still owing $91 per child and that was with no X-rays!! Thats a double charging scam in my opinion! The dentist looked at my childs teeth less than five minutes. Just so upsetting and ridulous. Do not go there because you never know what they will charge you. These additional fees were not disclosed prior to the appointment.
