The other 2 companies wasnt able to fix my Bosch washer. Someone recommended this company and it was a breathe of fresh air. Highly knowledgeable and the charge was just right for the service.

This is nothing more than a scheduling service. They use any contractor who is available, but not necessarily qualified to perform work. Not worth the money. Find a company that employess their own technicians.

We needed our dishwasher repaired. It was not done properly and not put back properly- the dishwasher is no longer flush with the cabinets, pieces are missing, sloppy work with electrical and the bottom cover not put on. There are pieces missing and will have to be ordered by us to fix it. They contract out the work to individuals and they cannot offer refunds unless the person doing the work agrees. While the repair man was kind and nice, the work was not the quality we expected for the price paid.

Problem solved in no time cost was only $120 for a range repair! They were friendly yet professional.

Kind of scammy... Not really a company in Blue Ash. No physical location in Blue Ash... Appears to be operated by a call center outside the USA.Took my information and credit card to hold the appointment, then called me 20 mins before scheduled time to cancel because they didnt have anyone to keep the appointment. Try somewhere else...these guys dont really exist. Look at the names of the people that give positive reviews and lots of stars- Elton? Kolby? Klara? They are made up reviews by the same person. The local guide reviews are real and all 1 star.

Set an appointment with what sounded like some 3rd world answering service, set the appointment for the next day, confirmed make/model and serial number. Got a call late in the day, they cant show, it was a mistake and it shouldnt have been booked. I cancelled, however my biggest complaint is now Ive lost a day. Unreliable, I wouldnt hire them, cant trust them to keep their appointments. I cant say their customer service is the worst but I will say they appear to be close. Dont waste your time.

I called them as recommended by a friend. I am new in Blue Ash but I felt lucky to have found them. I called them for help with my washing machine. They were great and my machine was fixed right away on a single visit.

I would give a negative review if I could. We called on a Sunday to schedule a repair service for our refrigerator- we were thrilled they were in the office on a Sunday to answer and get us set up for an appointment the next day with a window from 12-3. After taking half a day off work to wait for the repairman, they called at 2:35 to let us know that the repairman had a family emergency, so they would not be able to make it. No big deal- things happen- but when we asked if the appointment could be rescheduled, they said No and refused to let us reschedule our appointment. We asked if they were being serious and they said Yeah, but dont worry, you wont be charged. Uhh, okay. Thanks, I guess?After calling a few more numbers to get to the bottom of this, it turns out they contract out their workers, so they agree to appointments prior to having anyone in line for the actual appointment. If something falls through and they cant find anyone to show up to the appointment, they cancel the appointment 25 minutes before the window is over- wasting everyones time. The guy at the main number even admitted there was no family crisis- this is just what they do to cancel appointments.DO NOT let them waste your time too.

Quick, efficient and affordable. I recommend them for appliances whatever the brand maybe! They fixed my Samsung washer, Bosch dishwasher in my rental apartment and my Amana fridge. I am always a satisfied customer when I go with them.
